TLDR - Poor Quality A bed which fell apart, a cracked dresser and Poor service Months to get C.F. to act. - The bedroom set was not available in the promised time frame, and we were not contacted about it. - After we arranged a late specific, delivery date, rearranged our house and stayed home from work to take delivery - we waited in vain. Eventually we called and found it was not coming. However C.F. had not thought to notify us. - It was eventually delivered the next week. - The set was delivered with cracked wood and slats in the bed which were too narrow to stay up, collapsing occasionally. - I contacted C.F. by email, suggesting slightly longer slats. No response. - 4 days later I called and was promised a solution. - More than a month passed with nothing. - I emailed again. No response - I called again, now more than 2 months after delivery - the slats had still not been sent. - A few days later the slats arrived finally - but they were too long. Rather than deal with C.F. again, I filed them down myself
