Like most Canadian Tire locations the isles were packed and hard to navigate. The automated checkouts were non functional but no sign to indicate that. No one was available to assist or monitoring the self checkout lane. Found some great deals.
This store is a nice size but could be bigger.  A lot of products pack the floor making the isles narrow and cluttered.  The store looks aged and could use a bit of a face lift. The service is good but you have to ask for it.  If you don't, no one will offer help and you will end up spending time going around in circles. There are different brands that offer different pricing.  Anyone can find something at a reasonable price.  Whether you're looking for auto parts, or gardening tools and equipment, or kitchenware, this is the store you should visit when in Edmundston. There's plenty of parking and the store offers auto servicing.  Although there's handicapped parking and access, the isles are too cramped to allow a wheelchair to comfortably maneuver through.
Needed to purchase a Garmin while on our trip. Young man who served us was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In and out in 15 minutes.
Well stocked in general. System for inventory is not good, l went for 2 articles the computer says in stock, went to store and none in stock at store. Auto parts area messy and hard to find. Service dept looked closed
We got the best service, from Dean, the manager at this location. He went over and above trying to help us when our Motorhome broke down. Loved this town too, so many kind helpful people!! Yay Canada, yay New Brunswick!!

Alright store. I'd rather shop online because it is way too cramped up and there are so many products one beside another that you end up missing some.
I really like this store but I dont understand why they close the store at 6pm Saturday and 5pm sunday.. They are open until 6pm all week when most people are leaving work at 5pm... I wish they took example on their competitor walmart and close at 10pm all week!
Gotta give it the 4 because no mechanics on weekends. BUT, the staff here were amazing. Our car battery died after driving straight from South Ontario. The auto staff member assisted us in finding a great battery for a great price, he also assisted in helping find all the supplies so I could install it myself. He even came to check on us during his break! Staff was very friendly and fully bilingual. MERCI BEAUCOUP!
Service was ok but they didn't have the same policies as the one in Grand falls which allows you to bring in your small dog that doesn't have to stay in the car. It would be nice if they would cater to that need just saying
