3 starts because prices had gone up and wow I was surprised when I paid for 3 Cannolis 1 slice of cake and 1 cheesecake. Over $40. They taste good but I think that’s overpriced.

They have a great selection of cakes and prices. I order 3 different cakes. The 3 leches and the chocolate with strawberries were the first ones to go. Love it.

Great customer service from the girls that work here. Came in to order a custom cake but I was told I had to order 2 weeks in advance. Just when I thought I would have to order my cake elsewhere, one of the girls immediately gave me ideas about another cake for a sweet 15. I quickly explained the colors of the decor, and she gave me ideas. I absolutely love that kind of customer service! It was my first time ordering here but I know the 3 leches cakes are very good because my mother in law has ordered cakes from here for a while. 10/10 would recommend!! Will keep coming back!

So disappointed. Really wanted to try this place out. Placed an order with Kim over the phone for a tres leches cake. When I went in to pick it up they couldn’t find my order. Finally got to speak to Kim and she said that I didn’t call back with credit card info for a deposit so they didn’t make the cake. I told her she never asked me for card info because had she asked I would have given it. After that it was just excuse after excuse blaming me for it not being made. There were cakes on display for sale that I would have bought but she was absolutely no help at at. Didn’t offer any of the cakes or a later pick up time. I asked, “ So I can’t get a cake?” And she said no. Horrible customer service.

Probably one of the last times I ever order here. The cake had what looked like eyelashes on the frosting and thought to myself it was probably me or my mom since we were getting things ready around the cake. Cut the cake and started eating and FOUND HAIR INSIDE THE CAKE. So disgusting and infuriating!

Think twice before ordering a custom made cake. I ordered and paid an Encanto cake for my daughter's 1st birthday party two weeks in advanced. I showed them the design I wanted for the cake and they said they can do it with the exception of one detail which I was ok with. My husband arrived to pick up the cake the day of the party and the cake was not ready. They were trying to "find it" but turns out they never made it. My husband had to wait for 1 hour for them to make a last minute design that was not exactly what was agreed when I ordered the cake. This ruined my mood for my daughter's party. Don't get me wrong, the tres leches cake was good. But I would recommend just getting the cake with no design.

They have the best cakes and pastries! Everyone is nice and helpful.
