Cannon Beach Clothing Company

I love their selection of items, but even more, their customer service is outstanding. There was a stain on the last size small sweatshirt I wanted. The owner offered to stop by their warehouse since it said they had 1 left. I was more than happy to wait for that level of customer service. I love supporting businesses like this and I will definitely return on our next trip here to Cannon Beach.

Came in and bought a sweatshirt, long sleeve, and sun glasses… drove home about 2 hours and worn the sweatshirt when my boyfriend realized my sweatshirt had a hole in it! Very sad as it is a super cute sweatshirt but apparently terrible quality ?

The chandeliers and bright colors lured us in. Unfortunately I didn't find anything I wanted. However, they had a lot great things I would have definitely purchased.

My daughter fell in love with a turtle snow glob from this store. We took it home and she accidentally dropped and broke it. When I called to ask if they would send me a new one, they went above any beyond to mail her one. They even included some little surprises for her. They went above and beyond with their amazing customer service!

arrived at 1000 this morning the posted shop hours state open at 10 and could see two employees inside... waited until 1010 and another patron knocked on the door. the employees looked at her and shooed her away through the window. there were three additional couples waiting to get in so after waiting 5 more minutes I knocked. a female employee opened the door and told me they open when they feel like it- I explained that there were 7 plus people trying to pay their shop a visit and she shut the door in our faces while another female employee stood with her arms crossed watching the entire thing. needless to say all groups waiting decided to leave at this point and will find other places to spend our money in our favorite beach town. sad because i don’t believe this reflects on the owner who has been very helpful in the past but hopefully it will be a reminder to provide better customer service for future customers

I like to come in here every year when I come to the beach and see what is new. Sometimes the variety changes even within the same summer! But there are always new things to look at and buy. There is lots of clothing for women, men and children, cool jewelry, fun stickers, maybe some cool wall art and even some beach toys! I mostly come for the clothing to see what is new that catches my eye. I almost always end up leaving the store with one thing. The staff are friendly and helpful, but can be hard to find if they are putting merch away or helping another customer. The store is always fairly calm and easy to move around and find something cool to take home. I can't wait to come back and see what is new.

Not sure what we did to inconvenience the cashier, but she was rather abrupt and rude. Asked for help with stickers and she just hid behind the back door - had to ask her twice for assistance. Would've rather spent my money where my business was appreciated. Got a cool sticker, though.

Locals might see shop keeper, David, to be simple-maybe a man of few words. Yet, I assume this shop catering more to tourist such as myself. So, in this light, I am rating my shopping experience to be similar to eating nails as I found it necessary to purchase much needed shorts & tank at a fair price. I do not recommend for plus size, especially when David is there. After my question being, "Hello sir, what is the largest size clothing your store carries?", and his stare of my body, I began to have less physical and emotional respect-no eye contact. It doesn't matter what way I became heavy, or that I should even have to feel grateful for life in any body after battling cancer......what I do know is I can fix my ugly. And I don't look for mistreatment. Just following Oregons campaign of speaking up. Lowest rating possible

I can't say enough good things about Cannon Beach Clothing Company. They have a great selection of merchandise and we were very, very impressed with the service. Six Stars!

Bought a great hat. Then swin shoes. Want to go back for the quality and variety. The staff helped me find exactly what Inneeded. The items were on sale!
