We love that Canopy Airport Parking is so convenient to reserve in advance, parking is easy, the shuttles quickly pick you up, we have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful. Takes the stress out of arriving at the airport. Returning is also much easier, you go to the designated location usually after long travel days, and simply wait for the shuttle. They take you directly to your car which is so much easier than wandering through massive parking lots trying to remember where you parked. Absolutely the easiest.
Great customer service Juan the shuttle driver was funtastic , he makes you feel welcomed to your home state and answers your questions patiently. The night guys at the service guest station were very helpful and courteous. Place was safe easy to park and will definitely come back. It was my first time, shuttle service was prompt, Also if you can buy your ticket directly from their website would be better I got mine from a third party as it's my first time using park and fly in Colorado and that company didn't send my info to Canopy parking on time, but the staff were understanding and they helped me otherwise I would have missed my flight. PS, there was a shuttle ever 10 minutes and once you arrive you can call the number on the ticket and they'll come get you. Will use their service again.
Drivers are great and polite. They are always smiles and welcome passengers. Quickly pick up from the parking and from the airport. I fly out Denver almost every week. I always park my car at Canopy parking. I like it because it’s very nice and convenience. It was happen to me couple months ago on Labor Day weekend. I came home from Arizona. My car was stolen. I was really unhappy and upset. I wondered how was my car disappeared from the parking lot. “NO ANSWER”. They did paperwork for me and I reported to the police. I got a car back two weeks later. It was bad. I have to spend a lot of money to fix. I thought I won’t use Canopy parking ever again but I pushed myself to give them a chance because they don’t want that happen to any customers.
I’ve been parking here for the entire time they’ve been open. This place has gone downhill IMO. They are more expensive than ever and have fewer and fewer staff and busses and now the drivers are putting Venmo QR codes up for tips. PAY YOUR DRIVERS! You charge plenty to pay them well, but you don’t apparently because they’re almost begging for tips. The drivers are nice. I’ve never had a rude one. But I’m disgusted with the owners not paying their staff right. Shame on you. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
The drivers are always polite, courteous, smiling, helpful, and respectful. I love and appreciate that when we fly in at night, they wait for us to be safely in our car before driving away. Your parking spots are spacious and I have never been concerned about damage to my car. Your buses are always clean and on-time. I tell all of my co-workers to use Canopy when we travel. Since the very first time I used Canopy, I just can't see myself going anywhere else!
I’ve parked here a few times now and the experience has always been too notch. The signage upon arrival gives great direction. The check in process is easy. The actual parking areas are spacious and well marked / organized. The shuttle pickup has always been quick. They keep enough shuttles running to keep wait times down even at odd hours. This is my go to for airport parking!
Very friendly staff. We had to wait a long time for a shuttle and when a shuttle did come it was full before everyone could load. The driver check to see how long the next shuttle would be and didn't leave until we had an answer. Another shuttle came and stopped just to tell us he was drop off only instead of just driving past us, he also provided an update on the next shuttle. I appreciate them loading and unloading our luggage for us as well. I wasn't able to scan my reservation at arrival but was told they would combined the reservation when we left. They did just thar and it was a very smooth process. We will be using them again if we fly out of Denver airport again! Keep up the great customer service!
My husband and I have used this parking company in the last year about 5 times and this is my honest opinion. Drivers are always friendly and helpful. However, we’ve had issues with the shuttle schedule every time our flight arrives early morning. It seems like they don’t have enough workers to come “every 10min” as they promise. Today we had to wait 30min outside in the very cold Denver weather and called 3 times for them to tell me that “they will send someone”. We saw ALL the other companies shuttles come at least 4-5 times. Unless they make this right with us, we won’t be using this company again.
I have used Canopy several times and it was easy to reserve my parking. No issues - at times had to wait for a shuttle at the passenger pick-up depending on how busy and how many people were waiting. Leon was an exceptional driver - great personality, catered to the customers and tried to make everyone feel like they were valued customers.
I like that the lot is a controlled lot. I was able to reserve my spot online, and when I decided to extend my trip, it was hassle free. I just went to the exit of the lot, entered my ticket, and paid for the remaining balance that my car was held in the lot. Stress free, pain free, super easy. The staff that drive the shuttle buses are great as well. Super helpful with assisting people with their luggage, and getting them to their car, not just to their specified lot, or their specified row, but right up to their car.
