The parking lot is covered in trash and you can’t go near the electronics section without intrusive salesmen bothering you about your phone plan. Seriously, I just want to shop for a toy for my 3 year old and some guy won’t leave me alone after I tell him, politely, I’m happy and don’t want to talk.
This is review is for DANIEL @ Starbucks! World class service from the time we walked in to the time he finished making our drinks. I loved his personality. I asked if he could make a social media drink, he said let me see and NAILED IT! I would love to see him every time we come to this location which isn’t very often but his service deserves to be shouted out! Thanks Daniel!!!!! Keep up the great work.
This is one of the worst Target stores I've been. The store is not clean, is disorganized and it doesn't have a lot of things to choose from. Also, there's not enough staff working there and you have to wait a lot to checkout
I went to Target and bought some stuff today ! The customer service was wonderful.
The customer service at the target on Boston st is very unhinged. I received an email informing me that my package was ready to pick up but I shortly was shown that that was a lie. Brown skin lady with, braids & glasses at the customer service area was on her cell phone at the register when she ordered for me to walk up. I gave her my info & id, she said I have to go get your items & walked off. She never looked at me or handed me anything. Everytime she went to get an item, she placed it on the counter & not in my hand. She did it 3xs. She did not say have a good day or anything once she was complete. Horrible experience
Why with 2 massive lines each pouring out back deep into the store is only one cashier line open and self check out. Walmart behavior for target prices?
Outside is terribly trashy. The smell is horrendous. Never been to a target that was so dirty. The bathrooms were also super dirty. Definitely not the standard of the target franchise.
Good clean store but they desperately need more self checkout and more employees for the registers. What’s the point of having 3 self checkout registers and 12 staffed registers when they only open up 2-3 of the 12 staffed registers at a time? You will wait in line for 10-15 minutes to check out every time, sometimes longer at all times of the day. Dont come here if you have to be somewhere.
I come here for everything from office supplies like ink cartridges to clothing and groceries. They stock a great selection of items found in drug stored too. The prices are great and staff is just wonderful.
Please cross train your employees so you can open another register. There were 15 people waiting in one line with as many people in the self checkout. Why can't a supervisor start ringing people up??
