Cantrell Family Dentistry

Our family is still in awe of how God used Dr. Jon yesterday. We've been dealing with our son's broken front teeth for almost a month and when the bonding that his former pediatric dentist popped off after only a week, we knew we needed someone else's help. We went in for a simple evaluation and came out with new teeth. My son is back to eating without fear and his big smile is back because in his words, "these new teeth look so much better!" I'm switching our entire family over to Cantrell Family Dentistry. The entire staff has been so kind and helpful and treated us as though we had been there forever. A kind and good staff reflects its leadership so it is easy to see that the Cantrells are excellent leaders as well as excellent dentists.

I love Drs. Jonathan and Sarah Cantrell! They have sooo much compassion for their patients, which I seldom see in a male doctor! Dr. Sarah sees my children and I feel she is as good with them as she is with her own children! Patient and caring! I have never been so comfortable with a dentist especially during a root canal as I am with Dr. Jonathan. He asks me how I am doing numerous times during all procedures, knowing my history and fear of past dentists and his hygenists are just as kind and patient as he is!!

Going to the dentist is never fun but in my many years yes, I'm old of experience some are better than others. This is one of the best I have had. I have been well taken care of and always in a timely manner. All of the office staff as well as Dr. Cantrell are always available to help and answer any questions.

Getting fillings is not the funnest parts of my days for sure. However Dr. Cantrell is always very quick, attentive and professional. No matter what i have done there, i always feel calmer and better when i leave

I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and checked at 2:00 pm yesterday. I hardly had time to sit down in the waiting room before I was called in by Kelly. She was very pleasant and gentle in cleaning my teeth and seemed to do a very good job. Dr. Cantrell came in shortly after Kelly finished. He quickly checked my teeth and since I had no problems, I was out of there within about 35 minutes. No time wasted!

Probably everyone dreads going to the dentist, but I have to say that the team at Cantrell Dentistry made the experience so painless I don't fear going back. From the front desk, the promptness I was seen, and the professionalism of my Hygienist Kelly, to Dr. Cantrell, it was a great experience. I never felt like just a number, but rather appreciated as a client! Amazing team!

Dr John and his staff has gone above and beyond to provide me with expert service. I had a very difficult crown on my front tooth and he was diligent in trying to make it right!

My family and I are very glad to have read their reviews and go to Cantrell, all the staff has been very nice, and helpful since you arrive and all the concerns me or my family needs on Dentistry. The kids love being there! We absolutely recommend and trust them our dental health.

Went for a consult on a broken tooth. First of all Alex helped me scheduling an appt in a rush as I was in pain. He was very informative and helpful and thorough with everything I needed before the appt and when I arrived. He was very easy to work with and polite. These days customer service seems to be a lost art but Alex has customer service skills above and beyond most of what I encounter these days. As for the consult, the assistant and dentist, Jonathan, were no less impressive than Alex. Very straight forward and easy to work with and thorough with their recommendation of what was needed. They took X-rays and did a visual assessment. There were no attempts to do unnecessary procedures or suggestive selling and no unexplained or hidden fees. They actually discounted my bill significantly, which I greatly appreciated. While they were unable to help me with my immediate issue they were very helpful on how to proceed and provided a referral. I can’t use them for my current needs however I will return for any future dentistry issues when they arise and they will be my primary dentistry provider from now on. To all at Cantrell Family Dentistry thank you for your help and pleasant experience. Keep up the outstanding work.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jon & Courtney hygienist. I hadn’t been to the dentist in such a long time and both of them were SO professional, reassuring, and kind! I have never been to a practice where I felt so comfortable and at ease. I hate going to the dentist and get extremely anxious with any dental work but both of them were amazing and upfront about everything. They answered all of my questions, had great bedside manner, didn’t rush me in and out in five minutes, and didn’t charge or push unnecessary work. My daughter 2 years old has seen Dr. Sarah and she was equally amazing!! She made my daughter excited about going to the dentist and was so comforting. The office is extremely clean, follows current safety measures, and schedules quickly. Caroline and the rest of the front staff are awesome as well and always friendly. I would definitely recommend their practice and will continue going to them.
