Recently ordered one plant and recipient liked it..

I didn’t want to call one 800 flowers and just have them drop a box off at the front door likes happened in the past. So I decided to go local. I was Rather disappointed  with things. Ordered Roses and lilies premium package. Wrote a nice card for my wife’s anniversary. Delivery was an hour late, I can deal with that. There were no roses in this arrangement There are quite a few lilies. Most of them un opened so at least it will last a few days.. The card consisted of a piece of paper printed out in a number 4 font about the size of three business cards long. I think for the price if they needed to substitute something for the roses they could’ve called me and I would’ve gotten a different arrangement. Will not be using these people again.

Ordered a gorgeous arrangement and it was appreciated by the recipient AND it was a happy birthday balloon instead of the GET WELL SOON balloon as ordered - . Expected it delivered same day, was delivered next day. No communication to let me know there would be a delay - would have been fine if they'd told me. For $100 arrangement, I think a quick email would have been nice.

Very unprofessional and I literally thought this was a scam company! My Bestfriend did not receive her roses on her birthday which was the day I requested. Instead she received them the next afternoon; at which time the roses were left with a coworker upon delivery because she wasn’t at work yet. I called the establishment to find out what happened; and spoke with a owner or worker who pretended to be confused as to what I was telling him happened. The roses were beautiful, but the professionalism was not a pleasant experience! Please DO NOT use this company!

THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS. ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and they never showed up. called the number and the lady who picked up said im a teacher, not a florist and that she received approximately 80 phone calls regarding flowers. THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS

Thank you for the arrangement of flowers delivered to my sister on the day of her birthday was a very pleasant experience, fresh flowers and also a custom design and prices are fine, congratulations on your service and I hope to send more flowers.

Ordered flowers 7 days ahead for my wonderful wife's birthday. When I got home from the office on her birthday, the flowers had not arrived. At 4:00 pm I called the number shown on their website. No answer.  I live not far from the address in Katy where they claim to be their local Katy place of business. It turns out, that is a private residence of a very nice gentleman, to whom I apologized for the disturbance. He did manage to provide another number for the flower business in the downtown Houston area. This was now 4: 30 pm.  I called that number and the lady told me " the flowers are out being delivered, you will have them soon"  At approximately 5:15 pm. a car pulled up, a guy got out, walked quickly up to the front of the house, did not ring the doorbell, but luckily my wife saw him "dump" the flowers on the ground. By the time my wife got to the door, the person was already in the van and raced away.  So at 5:15 pm on my wife's birthday she got her flowers.  DO YOU CALL THAT GOOD SERVICE ??

I’m rating this florist with 2 stars so far because I ordered flowers earlier today, and never got a confirmation email. Then when I called to confirm my order no one would answer or call me back. Then I went to the address only to find it was a random shopping strip but their store was no where to be found. If my order is properly delivered tomorrow like I ordered it to be I will come back and change my review. Until then... don’t waste your time.  Edit: I am changing my review to 4 stars. My flowers were delivered and they were beautiful. Not giving a full 5 stars because I still was never contacted by the company, and I find it slightly unethical.

I would not recommend. Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines and never got delivered. Have attempted to contact them twice and no response. Will have to waste time now disputing charge with credit card company. Beginning to think this is a scam business. Pick a different florist.

I'm pretty disappointed that I could order flowers via their website at 6 AM in the morning and they could not manage to deliver until 730 in the evening. The recipient was already gone for the big event  and didn't know I was even thinking of her until 10:30 PM when she got home. I didn't realize Tuesdays were such a busy day for florists. The flowers are pretty but it's all about getting them there in a timely manner so the recipient knows they were thought about on the day that it matters. :-
