Canyon crest dental has been my go to dentist for about 6 years now. All of the staff are so nice and provide excellent service. Jerusalem was the one who does my cleanings and she is the absolute best! I always make sure to schedule with her- she’s so kind, personable, and lets you know what she’s doing while she’s doing it. Amazing care!
This has been my 2nd time going to my 6 month cleaning routine. The girls are absolutely amazing very detailed, very thorough and when you ask questions regarding your teeth the are very knowledgeable and willing to assist with any question. Oh did I forget to mention I have retainers because I had braces last year and they were able to clean my retainer and were very friendly with the service I totally recommend and I will say the dentist office is upscale, clean, and very well organized! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND they will not disappoint! Thank me later :
UPDATE: I received an unexpected call informing me that I won the raffle!! Dr. Nora & the team here at Canyon Crest Dental are awesome.. this is by far the best dentistry in Riverside!! I've been coming here for treatments/procedures for awhile now & still feel welcomed/comfortable..everything is done efficiently here with care & attention to detail..any questions/concerns I have are looked into & clarified, & I enjoy the amenities this place has to offer..great job team!!
The dentist and I have never really had a good relationship until I started going to Canyon Crest. I have been a patient of Canyon Crest Dental for over 6 years now, but it honestly feels more like a family. No matter who it is that is going to help you, you can guarantee that they are going to do their best to make sure you are taken care of. I am always greeted with a smile and the facility itself is so welcoming. All of the Doctors are top notch.
Everyone very friendly, helpful and great attitude! My sister referred me to her dentist Dr Nora, she is amazing. The ladies there are very professional, make you feel at ease by explaining all Procedures, findings and recommendations for service needed in layman’s terms. Also got my teeth cleaned by “hygienist magician” Leticia,.. she was careful, thorough and detailed. I’ve have been to other Riverside offices in the last 40 plus years. This office the best experience by far. Thank you all for the care you provide.
Today was my first visit to Canyon Crest Dental and I was very impressed! When I called to make appointments for my kids and I, they were able to offer several options and get us in quickly- which was very nice! Carla and Jamie were both wonderful with my X-rays and teeth cleaning- they answered my questions, as well as were friendly and gentle with my teeth. I was very pleased with my experience here today!
I love all the staff at Canyon crest dental. The dental assistants are always so sweet and talk you through everything they are doing. Dr. Brent is amazing and always makes me feel so comfortable. The front office always gets back to you super fast. I wouldn’t change a thing about Canyon crest. Thank you for being AMAZING!!!
Great customer service, I needed to change my appt to an earlier date spoke with Natalie and although there were no openings at the time I called, Natalie returned my call the next day thought maybe they'd forget and was able to accommodate my request. Always have a great, relaxing experience with my teeth cleaning Angie does a superb job! This is the only dental office I've ever actually look forward to going, they listen to your needs and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you.
I have never had a more wonderful experience at a dentist in my life. From the minute you enter the door to the smiling receptionist to the end when my charges and insurance were explained to me. Dr Merrihew has an excellent staff that are friendly, smiling and it’s very comforting. Thank you all.
I cannot give enough compliments to 3 people who have treated me with the utmost care. Jerusalem, Dr. Leoni and Jenn. They truly love their jobs and show it in the way they treat their patients. In the 4 years I have been going to this office these three wonderful individuals have always been so respectful and kind and make me feel so comfortable. I want to give special recognition to Jenn, she is without a doubt the best front desk staff. I have never seen her with a bad attitude and have never experienced anything but the best customer service from her. I have had many many instances with the front staff where they were so cold and rude at the end of my visit and it always left me with a bad taste. If it wasn’t for Jerusalem, Dr. Leoni and Jenn and the back office staff, I don’t think I would be back to this office because of the awful service I’ve gotten upon the end of my visit from the front staff.
