Canyon Oaks Mini-Storages

I had 2 different units here for a little over a year and just moved out being I'm moving. Edgar is a great asset to this business. He handled very issue that came up promptly and professionally. The bar has been set very high for any storage facility I use in the future. Highly recommend this business.

Contrary to some of the older reviews, I have found the folks in the office to be very friendly whether I called or went there in person. We have had a storage unit here for the past 9 months. It is secure, clean, and dry. It is also very reasonably priced.

Two ladies have bad attitudes Edgar was cool. One star for Edgar and hope the ladies change their attitudes. We are the customers and we expect at the minimum good customer service and polite nature. I should have listened to the review but thought I'd give it a shot.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And the owner doesn't care! All this over $50.00. I have used canyon oaks mini storage for the past three years... for my cars and storage facility. I recently cleaned out my storage facility, but my two cars are still there. This month my auto pay didn't work and I received two notices within 10 days, the first stating my "Credit card on file was Declined - - Again!" The second notice stated the same except 3 exclamation marks, plus "To be on autopay We need a working underlined credit card!" I was out of town when these two notices came in and called as soon as I got in. When I called the lady that answered berated me and told me all she cared about was paying the bill!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she took my number and then hung up on me. I never received a call, so I called back today. Sonny Leonard wouldn't talk to me. I was told he said..."all he cared about is getting paid"

Love this storage facility! They are always ready to accommodate.. The staff is very cordial and efficient. Storage is well maintained and updating.

CUBAN SANDWICH TRUCK and GREEN ACRES New food truck on Sonny's property on 306 just west of Rebecca Creek. Green Acres is a farmers market with local growers, artists... Really great Cuban sandwiches. Get some organic meat and veggies or maybe some preserves or honey while you are there. Definitely check out this new business!!! Support local!!!

I love you guys! Let me tell ya,..I have had sooo many bad experiences with other storages in the past few years, it's sad but true, Whew! Makes you guys look good, easily. I feel like your employees really do give a damn! Seriously, tho hands down. Most people could care less about the person who's on the other side of the counter or who they've got on the phone with. But NOT y'all! Everyone at Canyon Oak Mini's has always been kind, understanding, helpful, and respectful to ME Not only to Me but to my guest whom helped me move in real late my first night in . They're all good folks! Who care about their customers; along with their belongings, thoughts and concerns. Thanks for the friendly welcome, helping hand, and just plain ol' good heartedness. Great secure clean and dry facility very convenient for us. Everyone i dealt with was friendly and helpful.
