Great! Dr Weston is Awesome! My last 2 procedures have been the best- ever! Staff is great! I supper enjoy goin to this place! They help me feel great!
Very, very professional. The staff is extremely friendly all the way from receptionist to the nurses to Dr Weston. They are eager and helpful to answer any questions that you have and very patient to explain procedures and what to expect. Although the procedure may not be comfortable, everyone helps make the experience as comfortable and nice as possible.
Just had a epidural steroid injections and had a overall a great experience. Dr. Weston was awesome. The process was painless, comfortable, and quick. Everyone from PA. Konny, Dr. Weston, the RNs, and the entire staff have been very professional and genuinely concerned for your well being. I'm very grateful for their services and professionalism....Thank you Utah Spine. I would highly recommend.
I endured severe pain for 2 1/2 months, before having an mri which showed a herniated disc that went down on the disc below. My wife made an appointment on a Wednesday. The staff were exceptional and Dr Weston explained i needed surgery and what exactly would be done. They made an appointment to see Dr Steven's the next day. Dr Steven's explained the entire procedure and that it was one of the most common surgeries and that I would not require hospitalization afterwards. The surgery was performed on Monday. Four days after my first appointment. I was in some discomfort for a week and then I began improving daily. I was walking around, carefully, since the day after the surgery and gained more confidence within 2 weeks. I very highly recommend this medical practice.
I have had back issues for as long as I can remember. Dr Stevens has been my source of relief since day 1. He has been more than helpful through 3 surgeries and has sent me down the hall to Dr Westin on a couple of occasions for a quick fix. His staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I have and will continue to recommend their services.
I made an appointment for pain from a neck fusion. They didn't even let me speak to a doctor. The PA. "Josh" refused to help me with any pain medication and referred me to another doctor in their office. Another co-pay and more office visit. He did give me a prescription for Diclofenac without asking me if there was a history of heart issues. Being in my sixty's , I researched Diclofenac. There are many studies that claim this drug is related to and can cause heart attacks. This pain clinic appears to me to be just a money maker for the doctors. With no help for the patients. I will be looking for another clinic that has better educated staff. I recommend don't go here. Also, The nurse assistant had a disgusting nose-ring. That was a definite clue this office is not professional.
Dr Stevens left me with nerve damage, and Failed Back Surgery Syndrome. Then he's tried gaslighting me, that I've done something wrong with his surgery, on numerous occasions consulting with him about the mess he has left me in. The pain he told me would be gone was left far worse after the spinal fusion and laminectomy, and he damaged my nerves. He's not a good reputable surgeon, not caring or professional, and obviously can't perform these surgeries correctly without causing damage.
I was really unsure to begin with but the staff reassured me and I was made as comfortable as possible. I had a shot in the SI joint. They talked me through what was going to be done, so there were no surprises. I was able to walk out in 15 minutes after procedure.
I'm happy with how I'm treated here. It's a strange dichotomy: they have such a smooth operation that my visits there are my quickest and most efficient trips to any doctor, yet they do it without making you feel like you're on an assembly line, like I have experienced with other spinal pain clinics. I spend very little time in the waiting room and procedures are over quicker than I'd imagine was possible, yet they always take as much time as is needed to listen to patients and answer any questions.
Dr. Weston is awesome! Concerned about your comfort level, and very efficient.
