Worst experience! They definitely don't know what they are doing! Don't recommend to anyone. 3 weeks to place an order playing phone tag with Shelly, im not the only 1 see bellow all recently too! When they finally placed the order all of a sudden they couldn't deliver, because they don't listen! Worst experience waste of time, especially during the sale of a property
Quality products, great service. I would highly recommend working with the project manager and designer Andria, she was extremely helpful throughout a full kitchen renovation. I would also recommend working with Lou the installer if you can. We couldn't be happier with the way our kitchen turned out.
Went there at another seller's recommendation. Looking for a hinge for a 20 year old cabinet. Woman who waited on me was courteous, knowledgable and went out of her way to help me. Very impressive, recommended.
Ok, it took Josh 3 weeks of phone tag to tell me he does not know what he is doing. Is not right. Charging customers, promising 2 weeks, and then treating that order as an option is not right. People schedule time off, hire contractors in hopes that a business would behave responsively. This is not right. We take the money and we'll see if can do anything. 4 year olds have better communication skills. Horrible experience Maybe try to deal with another person or business
I don’t usually do this but… I just called sales department. It rang for a bit. A man picked up, sighed into the phone and hung up on me! Won’t be using them!

I had a great experience with Cape Cod Lumber. We worked with Sonali Gupte and she was fabulous.
We just replaced a slider with a large window, and I am so happy I went with Cape Cod Lumber! Working remotely, Mike Z knew all the questions to ask for our situation, guided us on decisions, and even contacted us to suggest a less expensive, better looking option when does that EVER happen?!! He followed our order through to a seamless delivery, updating us when needed. This order and installation was done while we were away, and the window looks like it has been there forever…complete perfection! We are grateful for Mike’s knowledge, attention to detail, and taking the time to care about our order. These experts are why we need to keep local businesses going! You are not going to get this kind of care and expertise elsewhere. Thank you Mike Z and Cape Cod Lumber!
So far my experience with Cape Cod Lumber for my kitchen renovation has been very positive. Our kitchen designer, Sonali Gupte, has been excellent to work with. She has great design ideas, and has helped us choose cabinets and other finishes that all fit within our budget. She also has excellent attention to detail in the fit and finish of the cabinets, trim, and accessories. Sonali is very pleasant and has helped make the project go smoothly. I would highly recommend her.
Beautiful showroom with good product representation! Worked with Matt who was very knowledgeable and helpful when looking at different options. Specifically went in to look at Marvin windows along with exterior and interior door options.
