The City of Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to providing and maintaining parks, trails and recreational amenities like Cape Splash. Through innovation and community cooperation, we will develop leisure services, programs, and facilities that improve the quality of life for all citizens and benefit the economy of our community.
