My stylist was April and I will say hands down she is an amazing person and stylist. For once I am completely satisfied with my hair! She is brilliant and kind. Along with the stylist beside me Bob he was kind and personable! Kind of pricey but worth it!

I got a 90 minute Nature Elemental Facial and was not impressed with the service or facility. There was nothing wrong with the esthetician who provided my service, rather the business. First off the rob I was given to put on was full of hair in the velcro area and brown while the rest of it was white. The massage was light pressure. The bed I laid on was uncomfortable. There was no pillow under my neck or legs causing my head and heels to become very sore halfway through the service due to pressure. When the service was done I was confused as their website listed a foot massage included in the service that never happened. When I asked the esthetician said that’s how they trained her and she doesn’t know why they haven’t changed the website. I told them at the front when I was paying about the issue, as it wasn’t the esthetician’s fault. They then also charged me a higher price than what is listed on their website for the service and told me this was their most basic facial. However that is not how their website describes it. I was very unsatisfied with their customer service and their business. With their high rating and the amount charged I expected a better experience. This is the third time I have had an unpleasant experience with Aveda and will not be going back to any Aveda business.
I went two days ago to get my hair colored and trimmed. It isn’t even like she listened to me. She was more concerned about telling about products I should buy when I already had high quality products at home. My scalp was burning when I had the stuff on it. However yesterday and today it burned even more and now I have a rash on my neck ears and scalp everywhere she put what she is as using is now red and burns. I have never cried over the color of my hair. I wanted her to touch up my roots blonde like the rest of my other hair. This is the first time I have gone to her. She turned my hair orange. I tried to give it a couple of days and now that I have I still cry when I look in the mirror.Never again because it cost 275 dollars which is insane and I can’t afford to go get it fixed. I am 49 and never hated my hair but thanks to my visit I now do. So disappointed!Services: Haircut
My daughter was visiting from Mississippi and wanted her hair trimmed and to create bangs. So she is actually the one who used your salon. She was super happy with the stylist. He asked lots about her hair care and was very informative about styling products. She came away a very happy customer.Service: Haircut

Giselle is so good at understanding what I want from the bunches of photos I bring in. We discuss wants and needs and she comes up with a great cut for me each time. She's amazing. She just started working Tuesdays at the Hamilton location so having the option of different sides of town is nice as well! The photo is last year, I'm not much of a selfie taker, but this was right after she cut my hair.
