Capezio

Ive been trying to come here for new dance shoes for my daughter which is sometimes impossible considering their hours not great hours for a working parent 6pm close time is a little early for working people. Anyway I finally had a day off and came here. The girl helped me for a good 25 minutes and was very nice and was done so in a quickly manner. Again, my whole reason for coming was new dance shoes. I also purchased a couple other things but I drove 40 minutes for her to not put my daughters dance shoes in the bag that my daughter needed for today. So I have to inconveniently drive back to get them and we will probably be late for class. Also, I think they should carry BLOCH jazz shoes like the other capezios as these are a very popular dance shoe.

The sales Assoc. Was nice and knowledgeable. She was by herself with a few customers in the store but very fast, efficient and she acknowledged everyone in the store qnd reassured us she would help each of us...the only downside is I almost bought kids tights for myself because they are not seperate from the adults..thank God I looked at the sizing chart on the back of the package several times and finally realized it.

I absolutely love this store. I was looking for a pair of brown pointe shoes to show my little Black and brown ballerinas. After leaving another Capezio who didn’t have any in stock, I rushed over to Capezio in Clark and they waited for me! The manager says she keeps them in stock for all the Black and brown dancers in the community. Thank you for seeing me and acknowledging my beauty.

September 30, 2021 After driving 40 minutes to get to the store because I was interested in purchasing some dancing shoes I was not able to go in because I didn't have a mask with me. I asked the employee if they have masks available and the lady reply no and if you don't have it you can't come in. Why not providing mask ? if you want customers to come in and if they don't have it available make it easier for them, at the end you might have a sale. This is the only experience that I have because I was not able to go inside the store for not having a mask. I strongly recommend to the store to provide mask if you want to make business

Store Manager is AMAZING!!! Extremely dedicated, customer service oriented. I drove an extra 30 minutes to getvto her store because of the SUPERIOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They are offering a 20% off coupon and will ship merchandise to you! Capezio Clark is definitely my dance gear store of choice!!!

I always shop at Capezio for my daughters’ Dancewear and love their products. What I don’t love is when I go to pay I’m rudely snapped at that they don’t accept $100 bills. A polite, “I’m sorry but we don’t take $100 bills” would of been fine instead of the rude response I got today. I didn’t know they didn’t take large bills. I just wanted to pay for my daughter’s shoes and tights and not be made feel like I’m a jerk because I didn’t have smaller bills. A sign might of helped too.

Had a great experience here. The store manager was very helpful and courteous. We were looking for a bag with pocket organizers and she was patient enough to open each bag to show us. Walked out with a bag my daughter loves. Thank you.

Staff is usually kind and pleasant. Location is well stocked and always super clean and inviting. Pricing is a little expensive, but hey...it's dance, right? Best part though...DANCERS OF COLOR FRIENDLY!!! Many skin tones in stock TODAY! This is so important for dancers to be able to run in and pick up something they need rather than order it and wait. I can do that from home.

Tasia provided excellent customer service. She is pleasant and patient. She is also very knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the right sizes. I would definitely recommend Capezio in Clark and for great service ask for Tasia. AWESOME EXPERIENCE
