While we are best known for our class “A” office and build-to-suit projects, we also develop medical office buildings, for-sale townhomes, rental apartments, and raw land for multi-use business parks and residential communities. We have developed over 3.7 million square feet of commercial and residential space, and we currently manage over 3.4 million square feet. Capital Associates, founded by Hugh D. Little in Cary, North Carolina in 1983, expanded to Greensboro, North Carolina in 1989 and Northern Virginia in 2004.
