This is the most professional kind wonderful dental office I've ever been to. I had you have some work done to prepare myself for dentures, and they were awesome!!! Even got a call back last night to make sure I was ok from the dentist!
Today’s visit consisted of me receiving dental exams and having my teeth cleaned. The receptionist took me back in a timely manner and I was seen right away. The hygienist was very professional and shared tips about cleaning when having braces. After my visit the receptionist made sure my future appointment was scheduled and sent me out the door with a smile. Great visit with friendly staff! 2 Thumbs up
I have had two visits thus far and both have been very good experiences. The work itself has been done very well and the staff have been wonderful which is a bonus given my significant dental anxiety. I have plenty of work left to do but feel like I am in superb hands. Dr. Chen is great at her work and good communication.
Although it was quite a wait for my first time being there it was worth the wait. The ladies front and back were very nice! I was seen by Dr Malouf who is absolutely the best! He listens to you and will offer the best option to get the maximum results. Overall it’s a very nice and welcoming feeling from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out.
I have used this group for mine and my children’s dental needs for several years. I have my check up and cleaning today, and it was a pleasant experience as usual. I never wait long, the hygienists are thorough and gentle and the dentists are very explanatory about my dental needs. I’m glad to have the option of utilizing this dental group for my needs.
