If you intend to become a new patient at this location, and you go in for a PHYSICAL, be prepared to pay your co-pay because they will charge you for a physical plus an office visit! They won’t tell you that at first either. I explained this concern to the office manager and she rudely insisted that my daughter had to be established in order to not be charged for a physical. On top of that, the doctor did absolutely nothing to justify an office visit in addition to the physical. This same doctor, now my former doctor is not very knowledgeable as I think back on my last visit which was recent. Every single question I asked, she had absolutely no answer. And I remember it was awkward when she finished my office visit. She just left the room abruptly. I sat there for a moment and I was kind of taken back trying to collect my thoughts and wondering how that was a wasted visit! I don’t normally complain, but people considering becoming a new patient at this location need to be aware of this fee being that it’s not posted anywhere!
Front desk staff and nurses are so wonderful. One doctor here was good but left so I had to see a new one. Be very wary of some of the doctors. I went in for a physical and tried a new doctor because I figured Capital Health wouldn’t employ bad doctors. Boy was I wrong. I shared some issues I was having and requested blood work. Not only did she have no idea about any issues, but not even blood work. I requested specific vitamins I had deficiencies in the past. The dr wasn’t able to answer any questions and didn’t follow up after blood work results. I asked for help with interpreting results of blood work after never hearing back and I was repeatedly given generic answers that didn’t address my questions. I had to find another dr and bring all my results. 10 minutes with the new Dr. and they identified issues she missed entirely and ran other blood panels. Other issues led to Capital to bill me for a physical and an office visit. To be honest, I do understand practices do this and I’m fine paying extra for someone who listens to me and tries to help. I find it unethical to do this when the doctor hasn’t actually addressed your questions and you leave saying never mind I’ll figure it out myself or have to bring your results to a new doctor altogether. So disappointing from Capital health as they’re a big name in NJ and thought they’d be better.
I love this office! Its clean and the entire staff are very professional and kind. I am ALWAYS in and out. Whenever I call I am not transferred or rudely placed on hold with out my consent. I can always reach a nurse to answer any questions I might have and or the DR. would call me back before work end. Dr. McGeever is very nice and knowledgeable, I have been a patient of hers since 2010. Throughout the years she has changed practices, but some how some way we always end up back together. I hands down love her! #bestdr
Every time I make an appointment at this facility it get canceled. I’ve made about seven appointment and they’ve all been canceled back to back. Thank God I’ve just been trying to make an appointment for a physical. Will not be making any future appointments at the Robbinsville location.
Randomly Google searched places near my home . This one came up, and luckily I’ve went here. In and out every visit so far . It’s very organized and methodical when I enter this office. They even waived my first co pay visit !
Excellent staff & doctors.
