After paying my last payment I was charged additional late fee because I was told I requested to skip a payment , which I did not. I never missed a payment over the loan period. I wasnt given the supposedly email confirming the request nor allowed to hear the recorded phone conversation even though I was told I could review the call. Watch carefully your payments. Many errors in posting my payments were found by me. Unfair practice of charging additional fees. Customer service isnt good.
This site isn't open for customers. Great customer service when account is current and actually even if account gets past due. You have to call the customer service number though.
Capital always has my back. Pre approved in mins. Went to dealership and came out with exactly what we needed. Couldn’t be more happier.
Don't ever use these people. I paid off the loan 3 weeks ago, took them a week to apply the funds and it's been over 2 weeks since then and I still don't have the lien release form. I sold this car to a guy and am still paying insurance on it and he is still waiting on me to provide the lien release. The lady from Capital One in Tulsa keeps telling me there's nothing she can do other than overnight it from FedEx, I asked how much it would be to overnight it, she told me she didn't know and I would have to contact FedEx and ask them. Really? You are the one sending it, shouldn't you be the one to get the quote? Awful experience.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I MADE MY PAYMENT ON TIME EVEN OVER THE AMOUNT AND THEY SAID IT WAS RETURNED! I TOLD THEM IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS LYING! REALLY!!!???? I HAD TO GO TO MY BANK TO GET A PRINT OFF TO PROVE THEY HAVE THEIR $$! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
Customer service has really went downhill. Very helpful until I fell short of being able to pay. On 2 separate occasions they called me twice in one day. On one occasion, 30 minutes apart.
I was on hold for THREE HOURS yesterday did not get an answer so I went online to postpone my payment a month and what happens this morning? My account is overdrawn despite that...i have been trying to call you guys all morning and nobody is available even though its within your business hours. This is a joke!!!
Financed a vehicle with them in 2017. Paid off early & got lien release quickly. Will use again sometime.
Olay so besides the high interest rate I paid my loan on the 28th a d the app messed up a d now I'm over 30 days late because I thought the bill was paid but it sent the payment back to my bank so now it's going on my credit that I was late so I called and explained it was there app that messed up a d please take that off what do I get absolutely no help thanks guys I think I'll take my business elsewhere
I can't stand dealing with there customer service. They are the worst banks to deal with for auto loans.
