Every time I need to come here they are understaffed. I have had to come here twice for notary services due to dealing with my mom’s accounts on her death and they truly do not care about doing things correctly the first time. Not impressed with this branch at all.
I went to the bank in order to deposit cash, i forgot my ID, but i had two of my capital bank cards with me. I had my phone with me, my social security number, access to my email and picture of my ID. I have been using this bank over 6 years. They told me they can't deposit my cash as long as I don't have my id with me. What is that? They told me i can use atm, i used their atm and it glitched while i put there 1700 dollars, the money were not deposited, and atm didn't give me the money back. I went back to the bank, i wanted to talk to a supervisor, they told me supervisor is not there. They were arrogant, rude and unqualified, and told me there is nothing else they can do with their own atm and nothing they can help me with. I spent hours talking to a customer support on a phone, and now i am having a very big problem, i have no money to pay my bills, and i have to wait god knows how many days until they do something with it and return me my money. WHO IS GOING TO PAY MY LATE DUE FEES? After they return me my money I will close my capital one bank account, and I won't deal with them ever again. My friend had a similar problem with the atm of bank of America, and they gave him his money back the same day. I am having a huge hardship with my bills, my whole weekend is ruined. Screw Capital One Bank, their broken ATM machines and their unacceptable level of customer service!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gonzalo patiently helped me until the end. I left that branch very satisfied after visiting many branches.
The ATM machine ate my deposit and didn't show up on my account. Your ATM machines often don't work and it's very disappointing I had to call in for a dispute which I'm not even sure is going to be resolved. It's very inconvenient. You need to fix the ATMs
In this branch employees take long-time with each customer more than any other capital one branches which coats more waiting time. I requested to talk to a manager, the employee told me that the manager is out due to family issue. So I asked her, why there is only one employee helping all people in the line. She answerd”We are two but we have many things to do here”. I said “but that makes us wait a long time “ she answered immediately “ there are many other capital one branches in the area you can go to any” . I complained, That how you solve it?, then she turned around while I was talking to her and left!!!!!!
Someone with the name alejandro who works at this branch was very rude and not helpful, he had no customer service at all, I told him to assist my grandfather who is a senior customer for long years and he refused. I have no idea how he is working for capital one bank. This bank needs to reconsider having Alejandro working for them because he is bad representation for this big brand.
Not professional at all they don’t know what they are doing. I went there to get a cashier check. 2 ladies argued because they both made mistakes and blaming each other. waste of time. Adrinia or whatever she is rudest person ever. All of them lazy always having long line.
Have a small business account which requires cash deposits weekly. Que in branch is usually 4-6 people, but today was 14!! I’ve sent feedback on the Cap1 branch site, but things don’t seem to get better. Will investigate switching to another bank because time is $$$!
The branch is nice inside, not a large bank but comfortable, modern and with air conditioning. BUT all this is useless if they rig up their ATMs and the ladies working there incompetent some hispanics far less to be willing helping customers specially if you own another banking debit card. ATMs will fail giving me cash with a General System error. When going directly to cashiers they will give a dumb excuse to go to my bank blaming a system malfunction. So bottom line, do NOT go there is you are not a bank customer. A bank that does not act as a bank. Also tried to withdraw using cashier's service my account is another bank they refused. Tried to change cash and also was declined for not having an account with them. They will ask for your ID which i am okay BUT full social security SSS number which I do not agree to disclose just for a simple transaction. Why do they need full social security number for? Nobody should be asked for their full SSS. Only IRS, DMV, DHS might ask you. Decided to call customer service number to make them aware and question these bad practices with non bank customers people that need to do transactions but hold bank accounts someplace else - like me. The woman on the phone was useless. She said each brank have their own policies and procedures. Which i think was a lie. Told her that was impossible and did not make sense. She then said to reach directly to the branch manager since she had only information for online banking.
I planned my first visit to this location around the terrible reviews. I showed up 10 minutes after opening, hoping to beat the rush, and was 5th in line, and by the time I got to the window there were several people behind me. But the line moved at a decent pace. The friendly branch manager intercepted everyone walking inside in order to try to redirect them to an ATM. All in all it seemed decent enough experience, but I can see how this branch could get super busy.
