Reviewed them poorly about 6 months ago and since then this Capital One location Hwy 22 has changed the way I feel about the items I was unhappy with. Fair being fair, I'd like to upgrade my review from 1 to 4 stars. They have lately been quick, extremely nice and very helpful. Thank You!
Absolutely ridiculous! Bank of this nature can’t cash a 8k check saying it’s too much, will NEVER use them again.
Clerks are always friendly never rude. They always answer any questions with a smile. Lines move very quickly unless person is slow getting deposits ready to send to cashier. Pens always work. Phone customer service is also amazing. I love banking with capital one. And no OVER DRAFT fees now. Yay
Capital one sucks. This is now the second time I've gone to this branch to find it completely closed during normal business hours. Sign sending everyone to downtown location. Cap 1 offers the leadt personal services of ANY banks in the area. Will be closing my account as soon as they have staff in this location to do so.
Capital One bank is really beginning to tick me off. They recently closed the branch by me. It seems that all of their ATM machine have troubles accepting checks. I must try several times to be successful. One time, I absolutely could not deposit some checks. Recently they eliminated the ability of text messages for debit card transactions no doubt to better serve us. I will be changing banks soon.
I have banked with Capital One for about 20 years. I have never had a bad experience. They are always so quick to notify me if something suspicious is happening with my account. They have actually saved me from a lot of fraudulent activity. I go into the branch on HWY 22 often, and everyone is extremely nice. The staff is just as amazing as the bank!
This Capital One location is absolutely the worst part of my week, every week. Always understaffed and randomly have the lobby closed in the middle of the day on any given day. To top it off, the whole damn bank was just closed at least 30 minutes early today. How on earth do they get away with this consistently?
I used to be a customer of this bank for years and years, but after an incident to where their employees made a mistake with my checking account, I will no longer be banking with this company! It seems as no one from Capital One listens to you when a mistake is made and they always have to transfer you to another department to help the customer...so obnoxious!!! Also, I haven't been able to withdraw cash from my account for three weeks now. They take forever to fix an issue that's beyond simple, and then act as if it's the customer fault. They have VERY POOR customer service. I would suggest moving to Chase Bank!
I lost my card and I ordered a new one online on the capital one app on Monday. It said it’ll take 3-5 business day. Two weeks later still nothing so I went to this bank and asked if I can get a temporary card til it comes in because I have bills and my kids needed more diapers. The red head lady who’s sitting in the far left , had an attitude and very rude . she said she couldn’t give me one because it was already ordered which was a lie because the next day I went to the bank in Covington and they gave me one with no problem. I’ll never go back to that bank. Still waiting to receive any new card !
1 star is a stretch I think the problem with Capital One is collectively the employees in all levels ignore problems and just let them escalate higher and higher. many employees multiple branches to corporate
