Capitol Cupcakes is a fully licensed bakery out of my home in Montpelier, VT. I am committed to bringing you the freshest baked goods made with the best quality ingredients. I use local whenever possible including: King Arthur flour, Cabot Creamery butter and sour cream, booth Brother's milk, Morse's maple syrup, McKenzie's bacon & Cold Hollow cider. Everything I make is done in small batches and to order. I am looking for creative ways to ship cupcakes and cakes without freezing them, but have yet to find one that will ensure delivery without destruction. Currently, I mail care packages full of a variety of treats including, but not exclusive to: brownies, cookies, whoopie pies, & kettle corn.
