Worst gas station in Madison. crackheads constantly loitering every night and staff does nothing. Seen one of the cashiers snorting coke in the bathroom. Place is filthy and also has roaches. Do not go here
I know it's a gas station.. So we shouldn't expect much. I will say though, your workers should be more respectful with greeting people and asking customers if they want their receipt. As funny as that sounds. That is part of customer service. I'm not too impressed with CPM. I'll keep going to Kwik Trip. Thank you very much!
Guy behind the counter was really cool, but if you can, totally avoid using the bathroom!! So gross!!
Some of the staff are very rude and will intentionally overcharge you. I called to see if they are still open because they have closed early before and the dude who answered just said "yes we are bye" and hung up. Didn't even give me a chance to say thank you or anything for that matter.
Super expensive. Employees have zero care for customer service and will always be on the phone with a friend while checking customers out. They also close the doors way before their posted open time. Good thing KwikTrip is nearby.
They've got what you need. Being one of the only gas stations in the area they're fairly priced.
I really don't like these places but I can't really figure out exactly why so I'm just going to do the five stars until I do some work on myself lol
The store was fine and the cashiers were always nice. I just didn't feel safe here. I have been followed by customers standing outside the store and also have been asked for money. The employees are very friendly. It's the area and some of the people outside that are questionable.
