I have been very happy with the support and guidance from the staff at Capitol Physical Therapy, from the receptionist to the therapists, especially Jordan.  I had knee replacement surgery six weeks ago and I’m happy to report I am already back to most normal activities.

All the staff at Capital Physical Therapy have been wonderful! They are welcoming, accommodating and good at what they do. My therapist Jordan is knowledgeable and most importantly helping me to get better! He gives me helpful and practical exercises to do at home and the  encouragement I need along the way to becoming pain free and back to normal mobility.  I highly recommend anyone experiencing pain to seek out their help. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful staff; great results. I was sent to Capitol Physical Therapy in Verona for a concussion.  They were able to correct the problems and then helped me work on other physical problems I was experiencing.  The staff is outstanding, both front desk and therapists.  Heidi is wonderful.  Nash is also outstanding.  In the future I plan to return to Capitol PT-Verona for any other problems.  They are also very compassionate with dealing with their clients.

I feel a very personal connection to Jordan Mortensen as my physical therapist.  I am dealing with a second knee replacement, the first one was four years ago.  He takes the time to find out what areas that I feel need attention and does a very good job of focusing on it.  I’ve also had experience with Carrie when Jordan wasn’t available and she didn’t miss a beat.  I’ve had experience with other physical therapy operations with the first knee replacement and I feel the attention and competency of the folks at Capitol Physical Therapy is exceptional. I would recommend to anyone that it’s a place to go that you will have a thorough and rewarding experience.  What I like the most is they can do a variety of therapies and you don’t have to go to different people to get a total experience whether it’s deep tissue massage, dry needling, or stretching and analysis of where you’re at and where you’re trying to get to.  I have friends that have gone there as well and we all share the belief that the experience is very good.

The care that I've received as a patient at Capitol Physical Therapy in Verona has been excellent in every way.  My physical therapist, Jordan Mortensen has done a great job of creating a program to help me recover from joint replacement.  He is very knowledgeable, and professional.  One of the most important aspects of finding a health care provider is trust.  I've come to completely trust the care I receive at Capitol Physical Therapy.

I give Capitol Physical Therapy a five. When I first visited , I could hardly walk. Jordan Mortensen is an excellent Therapist ; the exercise plan he generated for me, coupled with his therapy technique did wonders for me.   Now I am able to walk better and do some of the things I have been neglecting. The receptionists were very cordial and acted as though they really cared. I  had a very Pleasant experience with them and would not hesitate to go back to them if necessary.

I have greatly enjoyed my experience with Capitol Physical Therapy. The receptionists have always been professional & kind with me. I was paired with Jenna. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and professional. She shows a true passion for her work. I have seen an incredible reduction in pain as well as an increase in strength. I find it extremely helpful that they have an app in which I can track my exercises/stretches. The app also shows how to preform the movements if I forget.

I am giving Capitol Physical Therapy 5stars because every time I’ve been there I was treated like a Person and not a number.  You always get a nice Hello and a Smile when you come there.  My therapist Karrie Martin is the Best.  She explains everything thoroughly before starting therapy.  I have been to Karrie three times the last few years.  I am bothered with Vertigo periodically and I always get good results at Capitol Physical Therapy with Karrie.  If you are ever in need of therapy I highly recommend Capitol Physical Therapy.

I have had a good experience at Capital Physical Therapy.  Jordan is a very good and experienced physical therapist.  He has taken a personal interest in the improvement of my mobility during the rehab of my knee replacement.  I appreciate the individual attention and concern of Jordan and the entire staff at CPT.  I feel I made a good decision to come to CPT after my recent knee replacement surgery and would highly recommend this facility and Jordan in the future.

Capital physical therapy in Verona has been a very positive experience for me. The person at the front desk worked a schedule around my work situation, and I really appreciated that. Kari is my therapist. She is an extremely  knowledgeable and caring professional. She has been helping me to recover from a broken collarbone injury. Kari has made the therapy sessions enjoyable and I highly recommend her. Ben has also been working on my injury and he is also excellent.
