We are a local group of people devoted to the understanding and practice of the Afro-Brazilian art of Capoeira Angola and African Brazilian cultural expressions. Classes take place at the Boys and Girls Club of Flagstaff at 301 S. Paseo del. Flag. Flagstaff AZ 86001. We have classes for kids, teens, and adults. What to wear:
You need athletic clothing that you can easily move around in. Long pants are required. Try to avoid, shorts, leggings, and stretch pants. Dress or golf type pants will work well. T-shirts are ideal and you can purchase a group tshirt in class. Flat soled martial arts shoes are best but any flexible athletic flat soled shoes will be good. Class Cost:
$65 for a monthly membership for all classes and activities.
