Capps Insurance Agency has been in business for over 60 years, focusing on providing excellence in insurance and risk management services. Capps Insurance is now licensed to sell insurance in over 20 states, and has been family owned since 1947 when it was founded by Roy and Ruby Capps in Clarksville, TX. Their son Steve and his wife Judy now own and operate the business with a staff of 40, with employees located in Mount Pleasant and other off-site locations. Capps Insurance Agency provides individual, group, and commercial insurance along with insurance for several specialty markets, such as the trucking and water industries.
