The ABSOLUTE best car wash in Gahanna/ New Albany! The machine is touchless and does a great job of cleaning your car without scratches from brushes! I just use their vacuums for the first time the other day, and they are terrible though… no suction at all

I paid 13.00 dollars for a wash and my car isn't clean very disappointed

This is easily the best touchless automatic car wash in Columbus, it's that simple. There's usually a long line, bug that's because it's basically the only car wash many people go to.

Open 24 hours! I purchased the $8 auto wash. It did everything I needed it to do. I parked under a tree and had sap all over my truck hood and sides. All clean after the single wash. Nice facility. Also, my truck is 20 feet long and it fit just fine in the wash bay!

A great touchless carwash!! Very neat and clean and the touchless wash does an excellent job of cleaning my car. The drying cycle does a good job of drying off your car if you take your time and slowly pull out of the bay. Captain's also has packages that you can purchase from their website.

Captain Car Wash is a welcome addition to the Gahanna community. I really like the fact that they give you the option of a touchless automatic car wash right next to a do-it-yourself wash rack experience. They have multiple bays for each of them and they are co-located with an oil change facility. It is really really convenient, especially given the fact that the car wash stalls are open 24 hours a day. While I am a big fan of the touchless nature of the car wash, I have noticed that periodically some of the dirt low on the rocker panels of my car doesn't get removed as thoroughly as it might. Having said that, I find them to be a great convenience at a fair price.

A good quick touchless car wash that manages to get not only the dirt off my car but also also Bird droppings That my windshield wipers will not take care of. The dryer works pretty well too.

Good value touchless wash. As with most non-brush washes, it doesn't get 100% of road film off, but the paint doesn't get micro scratches. That's worth the trade off for me. If you're particular, you can spend five minutes and use a quick detail spray w/microfiber towel after the wash to safely remove any remaining film. The car looks perfect after doing that.

Does decent job. I am giving three stars because I believe deluxe car wash or any other package do not include undercarriage wash. Vaccums did not remove pet hair. Having a brush attachment may help.

Good clean. The only problem is the car care vending machine only takes dollar bills.
