I called today and Jose answered . He said he had my insurance reservation and later on in the afternoon they would come pick me up . So I waited and sure enough Ramon came to my house in Menifee and he had everything squared away . We drove to the location and I was able to drive off in a nice car ! The parking had several cars it is the summer so be prepared to wait for a smaller car . Everyone was professional and the entire process was smooth. Definitely recommend this place !
Alex was super nice and helpful! I was already having a bad experience with the collision company before I got to enterprise and she turned my day around with her positivity and kindness! They weren’t expecting me for a few hours and she was still able to get me into a really nice rental and very quickly!
I’ve called them 3 times regarding my reservation through my insurance. I got there and they tell me that i have a reservation but no date or time. But on all my phone calls with then it was to set the date and time. 1st call was to confirm initial date and time before the collision center rescheduled me. 2nd time calling them was to reschedule due to collision center double booking but only had a date and no time slot. So the 3rd time was to set a time for that date from the 2nd one. They talk to me like it’s my fault that they couldn’t get their people to do their job right. Ive always rented from enterprise before but this location definitely a no.
I dealt with a lot of car rentals but Alex at the front desk made my experience fall in love with Enterprise Car Rental. She epitomizes the true meaning of "customer service". I wish there is more of her in every store but if this is the type of people they hire then this is my car company moving forward. My car broke down and she pulled cars from other location to get me back on the road. Please do not hesitate to call this office and book your next car rental if your in the area. Its worth it. Great job and job well done!
I asked specifically about a drop off location when I picked the car up from the airport, and was assured that it was fine. The location was closed down and the next closest location didn't have a drop box or access to their lot so I called their customer support and was told to keep the car at no cost till the next day and drop it off. The next day I was told I would be charged extra for the location and the day and that there was nothing he could do. I was told that I would be contacted to discuss the charges, but all I got was a receipt in my email. I called again to customer support and was told a report was written from the first time I called as well as that time and that someone would be contacting me. The only other contact attempted was this survey. This is completely unprofessional and I am being brushed off.
Beware of this rental car place. I returned my rental car on a full tank of gas and they charged me $11.98 for gas they give a new meaning to dishonest . DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. They're LOCATED IN PERRIS,CA
I rented a car back in Nov thru Feb nothing owed I returned it due to an unexpected surgery I call them to pick it up, today I’m getting back to work and I’m on a do not rent list no reason the car was return undamaged and paid I don’t understand. Also they rent cars out with smell of marijuana and some type of light on Check engine tire pressure ABS brakes and put me on don’t rent list incredible….
Slow & fair service. Damaged cars in lot with out repairing little things. Long waits few cars. I will rent at other locations
Major inconvenience from this branch and very poor customer service. I just don't understand how i can get a reservation confirmation call from the branch manager a day before my reservation only to arrive the following day and be told that it's been rented out really!?. Come to find out they had the car there but couldn't rent it out due to a seat-belt malfunction, which they just happened to realize that morning of my reservation. As a customer, i don't appreciate how i was lied to and given false information. Not professional at all.
So my PERSONAL car wouldn't make it down the 215 frwy so I decided to get a rental .. I started of searching vehicles and how much it would cost and i decided on a car from Enterprise and I had an email for an upgrade PICK UP so the day of !! I arrived gave them ID and CC tops like 15 min and I drove off in a nice Jeep thanks ERIKA !!. MY experience was amazing I am happy my kids where safe and they where as excited as I was being in a new car, guess you can say we appreciated the car more then Xmas .... DROP OFFI dropped it off they only took about 10 and I was out the door back in my bucket car !. I got my deposit 2 days later and I highly recommend this place I really do ... Staff was friendly !! Happy holidays!!!
