Robert set up the wrong plan for me 40 dollars plan instead of a 50 dollars plan, and charged 40 dollars for an activation that was supposed to be free for prepaid. when i complained the next day; no refund under any circumstance, he said you just gonna have to use that plan until next month. i cant do anything about it. and he traits to get you handcuffed and escorted too. i have never heard this anywhere.
