Car Wash Express Pocatello

Not happy at all with this car wash! As you can see in the pictures it took our leà rear bumper partially off. It actually has a pushed in dent also by something hitting into it, along with scapes. Also not happy with the cleanliness for $20! Really hoping they will help us out with these damages, but I'm not holding my breath! Well as I thought, they are telling me that this damage was not done in their car wash. I'm very confused because I don't know where this damage could have been done other than at Car Wash Express! I will never ever use this car was again and I would recommend that no one else does either! You say that my vehicle was scanned by 9 HD cameras before entering the car wash. And that tells the story. My vehicle had NO damage until after exiting your car wash. So I'm not sure why you are saying it was damaged before entering your car wash. Also the auto body shop where the repair was done said that they have heard a lot of complaints about your car wash. That tells the story!

I'm super disappointed. I brought my husbands brand new truck here. We are going out of town for his birthday weekend early in the morning and I thought I would polish up the truck before we left. I purchased the most expensive wash, and the truck looks HORRIBLE. The windshield isn't clean at all, and the back of the truck looks so dirty. It wasn't even hardly dirty when I arrived. The car wash stopped for a solid 2 minutes three full times while I was going through the wash. I didn't know if that affected the wash, and the most expensive wash is supposed to have some kind of "guarantee". So I tried to walk over to the office to request to go through the wash again, the door was locked and I couldn't find any employees that weren't inside the wash itself. I threw $20 down the drain, the truck looks so dirty, even after going through the wash. Will not be returning.

Favorite car wash I've ever been to. The real value comes from the free vacuums, towels to use, air gun for detailing, and even a simple machine that can wash your rubber floor mats. All that extra stuff for free. I need dollar wash plus all of that? I come back here over and over again.

NO HD PICTURES WERE SHOWN THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK, GENERIC ANSWER FOR POOR SERVICE... God bless My 2021 was damaged there, less than 70k miles and of course it's not their problem. Just some scrapped paint but if I wanted to risk damaging my vehicle, I wouldn't have spent 20 bucks. I'd of had my kids wash it, glad I didn't get the pass this year. The 2nd wash of the year and my vehicle was scratched and left dirty. Maybe okay for small cars but this wash has done nothing but take my money and leave my car dirty since I upgraded to a van and now my paints damaged. Do better.

If your car is just dusty then you will be fine. If you have bugs or anything ealse on your can it's a no go. They have you pre-treat your own car, then Even if you do that and pay $20 you will have to try to scrub your car with the towels after the wash at the vacumes to even try to get it decent. Spent 16.00 and the brushes didn't even make contact with the car. It did nothing but make the car wet.

They are great, my truck was bug encrusted after a long drive and they let me run it thru a 2nd time with no extra charge and the monthly membership price seems reasonable.

I don’t usually change my review after I posted unless there’s a good reason. I purchased an annual membership and usually get a pretty decent wash as long as I scrub the vehicle before hand. Tonight for some reason I ended up with a grease ball of a suburban after the wash on my passenger side. Crazy and not sure what happened. Mentioned it to the employees and I think they looked into it but never heard back. I did use the towels to dry off and just smeared the grease in. I’d suggest looking into something on the passengers side in the wash as I know there were a couple of others that came out looking the same as my vehicle did. I’ve had 2 Poor experiences with this car wash. Just went through twice in a row and the machines aren’t working and after 20 minutes I had to be somewhere else. Super disappointed and paying a monthly subscription for sub par service. Cancel my membership with Tyson on 5/24.

bought the second most expensive car wash and hardly did anything except leave some clean streaks in the dirt. waste of almost $20!

Very modern drive through car wash with all the extras. A little expensive but does a good job.
