UPDATED: I had to change my review from 5 start to one.  This WAS my favorite car wash.  I always received good service from Jeff and DT but someone bought the car wash and changed the staff.  New guys are AWFULL!!  ONE STOLE MY CASH!!!  I never had to worry about that with the old guys. New manager charged me for every little thing.  Made me pay extra for tire shine.  I said It was included in my wash, but he said it's only a sample that's included. THEN DEMANDED A TIP! I'd already tipped the guys at the tunnel and paid extra for tire shine now he demands a $10 tip!  AVOID   THIS    LOCATION  Jeff if you're reading this,  let me know which car wash you work at or if you opened your own.  OLD REVIEW: Jeff is awesome.  If not for him I wouldn't come back. Had a bad experience with Grace stealing from my vehicle but Jeff made it right.  THANKS JEFF.  YOU'RE AMAZING.

This car wash cleans your vehicle if its already basically clean with light dirt and dust. I paid for a $15 wash and the gentleman covering antennas sponge washed the front grill and hood to remove the bug prior going through the wash but the rear view mirrors weren't prewashed and I had to clean the mirrors, hood and windows in 90 degree weather because it was all still dirty. The tires were clean and dressed. I like the use of the untimed vacuums available with the cost of the wash. The hispanic medium build guy on the staff walked by as I was cleaning the mirrors, on his way to his car, asked how was everything. I told him the vehicle was still very dirty and he ignorantly unknowing said, "the dead bugs and dirt could be in the paint finish." I was offended that he made such a careless statement. He suggested that I go take it through the wash again. I opted to clean it by hand to ensure that it would be spotless.  Update: Someone from company replied to my review and asked me a week ago to reach out to them via email. I send them a detailed email regarding my issue and experience at the car wash, and no one has yet to respond to my email. I believe their reply on this platform may have been a generic automated response from the company and no one may not actually seek to resolve customer complaints.

I never thought I would write a review for a car wash LOL. I have been a customer of car wash palace for a while now and today was my first time at this location and all I can say is WOW, their staff literally treated me like a queen, the place is organized and they make the experience enjoyable even for a person who hates washing their car like me. Very hard working people.

This car wash doesn’t clean the inside of the car well. even if you buy the 30 dollar manager special they did nothing. The car wash completed the outside and they literally just vacuumed which is free if I paid for the 5 dollar wash. This was a complete rip off no one should be left with this outcome. This was a huge disappointment. I’ll never return. Waste of money. The assistant manager was rude and they won’t return my 30 dollars or even ten for the interior they said was the difference. This was not a full service wash. What a rip off. Very poor customer service and management. Horrible place. If I could give -0 stars I would.

Got the manger special not a bad price point for 30$.  But was not overall happy with the finish product.  Out side looks good from a distance but once you get closer. You can see all the dirt marks and bug marks they have missed. Seem to be if it's not eye level. They won't touch it. The interior well thats like they cleaned it with a pitch fork. Not happy at all.  Especially after watching your JR Manger okay the car. Overall the facility is nice

Never had issues in the past. My car got scratched and dented on the passenger side during the wash. At first the manager was very defensive and said that their machines are foam and they do not damage vehicles. I insisted this happened here because first my car is a 2022 so brand new, secondly if they have cameras they should look into it and see that I am not lying. I requested to fill a claim in which the manager was not happy about. Manager then said he will contact the owner and let me know via phone call. I requested a copy of the claim for my records which another employee brought to me. Next day I get the call from the manager to come to the Carwash so I can get the paperwork to go to a repair shop for estimates. I go to the repair shop the next day after picking up the paper work from the car wash and the guy at the repair shop was very rude, not friendly at all and said to bring the car on the 18th of July and he will get it repair and refused to give me paperwork for proof or anything. He just said bring the car. Thankfully, my car has a dash cam and I was able to record the entire interaction. The guy even said that he was very good friends with the car wash owner and after he fixes my car that he will bill the car wash owner. I will update this review once the repair is done and will let you know if it is a positive one or not since all this seems sketchy.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

The car wash palace is one of the best car wash I had been too.  As you can see in the picture my car was pretty dirty. After the car wash the only thing I needed to do was just dry it off so when it comes up to cleaning the car I rate it a 8 out of 10. And u can't beat $6 car wash Wednesday.

I came here around 5 times.. First 3 times were perfect. Now the last 2 times i've came were horrible. I always get the $35 dollar service, which includes everything. Last time they didnt clean good, and i believe the manager came and fixed it and made it look clean. I came here today, before going to work, and these were the results of my car cleaning!! $35 of waste!!!!! Car seats were not clean, dust everywhere, really disappointed!!+ They put something or wiped the back door with something  and now the color is wearing off..

I just paid $30.00 for a full service manager special and the interior was not that great cup holder weren't really cleaned the dash board was still dirty the side door wasn't as cleaned the advertisement wasn't accurate def was a waste of my money need people that actually put in the work they cleaned my car too fast if they would of put in effort I would of see the difference. Sadly I never give reviews but this really upset me.

Horrible service! Their machines are dangerous. My wife just drove her car through the car wash and one of there machines ripped off the sunroof visor. Also dented and ripped paint off the vehicle. When my wife tried to talk to the manager. The manager did not want to meet with her or care to deal with the damages! Be careful bringing your vehicle to them, cause they wont do anything if something happens. You're better off washing your vehicle yourself. I hope they get the karma they deserve for treating my wife the way they did. Very very unprofessional. It's not right to have a business and not take care of the customers that go there! They will never get a single cent from my family ever again!
