I stumbled into this store on a lunch break from work, and it was such a great find. I love the over-full antique book offerings as well as the slew of super discounted books. If you're looking for a cozy book finding experience in a bustling downtown, where you don't know exactly what you want until you find it, pop into Caravan. I'm glad I did.
Love this store! Just had the best experience going through my shopping list of books and hearing about which ones have beeen in and out of the store. The care with which he wrapped my book was great as well. So appreciative.
This place looks very antique but in a good way. Very small but with very interesting books and art. I recommend people to check this out and you'll enjoy your time here just to check out books or talk to the owner. The owner is very friendly.
A very uncomfortable experience, I felt that I was not welcome and every time i would ask a question regarding a book to the guy behind the counter, it was a no logic answre. Who ever the owner is please get someone friendlier, more knowledgeable of its environment.
I left an awesome downtown L.A. bookstore that was nearby, and decided to search for another. The guy behind the counter must not have wanted me there. I would recommend it to my friends that like uncomfortable shopping experiences.
Amazing collection of spectacular books and one of the last book stores where you'll find but good stuff. I go out of my way to shop here first before I resort to online purchases of books. Don't hesitate to make this a destination if you're in the area
Good lord I would love to see places like this all around the city! They have amazing books in here and the novels are so rare, you could only found them in here.
