On 8/2/23 we had great experience on behalf of the staff at Car Mart in Dalton ga. They made it possible to get us in the vehicle we wanted. They really made us feel that they were genuine in getting us into one of there vehicles and that they were invested in making it work for us. They were super friendly and helpful especially our sales rep. Riley that put in the extra time to ensure we could drive off the lot that day. Thank you all so much!!!!
Due to some outstanding medical bills my husband and I were forced to file bankruptcy. The judge added our car to the bankruptcy. Car mart employee talk to us like we were trash. Now 3 months after the bankruptcy ended we still can't get the title to the car. If you need a good car and have 1500 to 2000 down go to J&D Auto South 41 Dalton Georgia. They treat you like family. They have no problems at working on the vehicle if you have issues with it. They loan you a car while they are working on your car. you don't even have to ask for a loaner car they fix you up and they treat you right. Just saying.
I appreciate the hard work these folks did too put me in a car I had no intentions on leaving with my 2014 Honda civic but they pulled some strings and put me In it and too beat it all they took my clunker for the down payment I’m so blessed too be on the rd and in comfort thanks carmart
People are good the cars now? Are not the best you get what u pay for got a car from them I've had it for bout 5 months called them to come get it so they can service it. They told me no u need to take it a actually mechanic and get it diagnosed then bring to them if u have a service contract under them and then they will work On it and takes weeks to find it and fix it. Once I get this car paid off I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO GET ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM.
I woke one day and found myself alone with 3 children . Working a job on minimum wage Carmart has done nothing but help me With my down-payment and with my biweekly payments these people really care As long as you try and you are honest they will do what they can to make sure you stay in your car .. awesome company I love car mart ..
Riley was awesome . Very knowledgeable. Explained every detail of each step throughout the whole car buying process. Highly recommend everyone to go see Riley at car mart in Dalton!
If it wasn't for Rylee as a salesman, I would have went somewhere else. He let's you know that you are valued as a customer, and Really adds comfort to the car buying experience. He absolutely goes above and beyond for the customer.
Went looking for a car that I needed urgently, was told a specified payment and weekly payments but was told to come the next day since the titles were not there yet. No issue, I went the next day and was told the tittle was not there yet, then it was? Paper work was in the process and was told a completely different weekly payment which is fine but from a former car sales person, honesty goes a longer way. Overall, just disappointed that I was told one thing and it was another. Also letting me know last minute 20 mins before closing that needed a co-owner. Had to find a ride home because I was assured I could get a vehicle the day before. Guy who helped me was very kind.
No matter how bad your credit is or how low of a down payment you can put down . Drive right by this horrible place. I’ve been complaining about my breaks and tires even had an employee tell them I have and because it’s not in my notes they don’t care they don’t want to fix it or put me in another vehicle. It’s not my fault I’ve been complaining to hunter and front desk for three months and it was never noted. Even after the employee told them the same thing I was saying it still was overlooked. I’m pregnant and have a one year old the car was given to me like that and never fixed. Hopefully corporate handles this but if not lawsuit it is because crashes are bound to happen . Do not buy a car from here
