Awful. I was referred here after a month long stay at Wesley Hospital. My doctor never got back to me with results of my ECG, scheduled my implant procedure at two different hospitals at the same time on the same day, and talked down to me about not wearing my compression socks when he had not mentioned them to me at all. Doctor showed no concern for my monitor burning my skin. Doctor also barely spoke to me - it was all his nurse. Overall horrible experience including rude receptionists.
My dr. Referred me here. The day of stress test three hours before my scheduled test I received calls to try to reschedule for following day which I couldn't because of previously scheduled MRI. Upon arrival I offered to reschedule the following week but no one there had ANY recollection of phoning me. I took the test and talked with attendant through whole test. I hit the target of 144 bpm in the 3rd 3 minute section. At 8 minute mark Lindsey i believe that was her name asked if I wanted to quit or finish. I replied I would like to finish. I finished the 9 minutes out of breath and tired. The report sent to my dr. stated i ASKED to quit at 8 minutes due to fatigue and out of breath and that I stated during test i was out of breath. Complete lies. When I called to ask why the report was inaccurate the response was like listening to a teenager, "well, that's not what I recall. Ive ben doing this a long time". With the report of what happened being inaccurate I am not sure they even sent the right test. I'm getting a second one done and will pay for it out of pocket rather than trust these hacks. ****** Update. 7/03/2020**** Had a nuclear stress test at another clinic on June 30th. Dr called today with results...test was clear no reason for concern. Glad I didn't listen to Cardiovascular Care or I would have been put through a needless heart cath.
Great doctors and staff. But always overbooked. It might take a few days to “get back to you.” Doctor goes to a different clinic everyday. Where is the continuity of care?
