You can NEVER reach a live person. Always have to leave a message & wait forever for a returned called. I remember always calling at least 3 - 4 x's without and answer : Spoke with a Rachel who's obviously not happy with her job. Not so nice on the phone and I requested to speak to her supervisor who's yet to call back. this is almost 3 wks ago now.
I THINK DR WALI IS A GREAT DOCTOR..BUT THE CAMP HILL OFFICE REALLY NEEDS TO IMPROVE..I HAVE CALLED 8 TIMES IN TWO WEEKS..TAKES DAYS BEFORE THEY CALL U BACK AND YOU NEVER TALK TO A PERSON..I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE..very disapointing I also received a letter stating they couldn't get ahold of me..that did it for me..very sad
The posted hours state that they are open until 5pm. No one answers the phones after 4pm. The answering service is turned on no later than 4:30
