I have nothing but praise for the prompt response, the ease of transition, and the care and compassion shown by the staff at Harbour Manor when it recently became necessary to place my brother in their facility. They made what could have been a difficult process seem effortless, and the care my brother is getting to this point is tremendous. I couldn't be more pleased.
Harbour Manor is a great place to work. My fellow managers are very supportive and help each other out. They truly care about their staff and residents.
I've been in this company for six years. I love working here because of all my co workers, the building is bright,and always clean. I love my residents and teamwork here and environment. We're all compassionate to our residents.
Around Christmas time, my husband’s grandmother was admitted here. We were all so sad to not have her home for the holidays but the staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and happy. The nurses, the ADON, social worker, DOR and even the Administrator made a special effort to meet our family, hear our needs, and make her time special. We are forever thankful for the way you loved and cared for our Oma.
I love the family environment at Harbour and the way the staff support one another! I love the way the residents are the Main priority at Harbour!
Harbour Manor has lost the Love and Heart that used to be put into every patient, every residents care. Something has caused a lot of changes there and not for the better. Discharge process is pitiful. Better take your own luggage to discharge with or all your belongings will go in a big clear trash bags. Real professional looking. Way to make people feel like they are cared for when you are just throwing their belongings in a trash bag. Your family member can not even get respect upon discharge. Just throw their life in a trash bag.
Habour Manor is a good place to work. They have have flexible schedule and staffs are so good.
Our mother was at Harbour Manor for about a year. We want to thank everyone there for taking care of her. We visited with mom every day and night. The doctors, nurses, staff, kitchen help, everyone were all so helpful. We were always notified of any changes in our mother's condition and changes in medicine. I cannot say enough good things about Harbour Manor and the Lodge! This team is the most compassionate caring team I have ever encountered. My grandmother has resided at HM for almost 4 years. She is so happy there. We are blessed to know she is taken care of when we can't be with her.
Our grandmother has resided at Harbour Manor for several years now. She has received exceptional care. The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. Anytime there is a change in her condition we are well informed and included in her plan of care. During the pandemic we have been overwhelmed with how the team has kept us in the loop. We receive weekly emails with updates and current guidelines set by the CDC. Grandmother loves the nursing team and speaks very highly of them. They go above and beyond to make sure her later days good. We rest easy knowing that she is happy and cared for. Thank you to the entire team for all you do to care for our seniors.
