In 2009, CareerSmart Learning was founded on the principle that high quality busy professionals deserve high quality time-saving CEUs. The world of boring continuing education ended, as CareerSmart made online learning fast and fun!

CareerSmart Learning provides top shelf, interactive continuing education for nurses (RN, LVN, LPN), case managers (CCM), counselors (CRC), Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrators, claims adjusters, and workplace safety specialists. We believe that CEUs have to be entertaining and engaging to be educational.

The process is easy. You can pick out a course, and take and complete it from the comfort of your home, at work, or even while unwinding at a coffee shop, any time of day, 24/7. Certificates are available to print immediately.

I took the CareerSmart California RCFE Administrator Certification program and was very impressed.  The online portion was organized, interesting, and easy to navigate.  The live sessions were taught by individuals who currently work as executive directors of senior facilities or had worked in licensing, so they were a wealth of information.  I felt the course totally prepared me for the certification exam as well as working in the field.  I definitely will return to CareerSmart for CEUs.

When it comes to training in the Senior Care Industry, you can't beat the training from this organization! I have attended several of their classes, as well as other companies' classes, and trust me, these guys are the best. The team at CareerSmart is so experienced and most of them have been on the Licensing side of the fence for many years prior to joining CareerSmart, so they get what Licensing expects, yet they are advocates for the licensee also. Do not hesitate to be schooled by CareerSmart!

CareerSmart courses saved me a ton of time.  The topics are interesting and the courses are interactive so you are not just clicking through a PDF or PowePoint.  I will definitely use their services again.

Easy to follow and readily available tutorials that provide CEU credit!! Career Smart offers so many options that provide access to multiple specialties and focuses. Ive taken online and inperson classes. I like the flexability of being able to choose which works better for the topic you select.  I highly recommend checking out Career Smart! They make it sooo easy.

CareerSmart has high quality training programs.  Courses on dementia are excellent.  Online portal is easy to navigate, and if customer service is ever needed, CareerSmart is terrific.
