We had to take our 3 year old son to the Marble Ave Urgent Care at 8am this morning. When we got there, we were greeted with a lovely receptionist. Dr. Olivia treated our son with kindness and patience! If we are ever in need of an Urgent Care, this is the first place we will go! Great experience!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this urgent care facility. I went once for myself for a sinus infection in the winter and while the wait was long bc it was very busy, the doctor and nurses were lovely and sympathetic. This week, we had to take our son for a strep culture and he has sensory issues which make that a very difficult process. The nurses, Sharon and Seleni, were OUTSTANDING- compassionate, efficient and kind. The doctor Walther was also very personable.

After waiting for almost 3 hours at Maria Ferrari’s children’s hospital with my two under 3 toddlers while my sons head bled - we gave up and came here! Wonderful competent and CARING staff. In and out with the wound cleaned up and glued in less than 30 min! Could not ask for better!

CareMount should find something else besides Urgent Care to call themselves, because there was not one thing 'urgent' or 'caring' about our visit. Some background- my husband is covered by my employer provided insurance, but we haven't been issued new cards for this year. My plan was to ask the receptionist or billing specialist if there would be a way to put her in touch with my HR manager and have her access the insurance eligibility that way. I asked a young woman this question and she replied that she was a nurse, and the front desk person was running late and should be here 'soon'. She showed up about 10 minutes later, 20 minutes after the office opened. When she came in, I approached the desk. She said "insurance?" I said, I have a question regarding insurance. She said "do you have your card?" I said, no, but...she cut me off. "I need the card". I said, he is covered on my plan, we don't have the cards yet". she said "I need the card". I told her I was glad I'd waited for her to show up to work for that. We left, went up the street to Urgent Care of NY, where after the very nice and helpful nurse/receptionist placed a ten minute phone call to Oxford to verify my husband's eligibility, he was treated. The one star is for leading us to a better and much more 'caring' center after such insensitive treatment.

Just had such a great experience here. Super friendly staff, thoughtful nurses and an approachable and highly likable doctor. So glad they're here. This will definitely be our go to place whenever we need urgent care.

Went in with back pain from a work related injury. Was referred to a orthopedic which is fine that’s what I wanted..They did not fill my previous prescription for pain. And actually lowered the dose? And was told not to come back? They also got my date of birth wrong so I couldn’t pick up my medicine. The pharmacy red flagged it right away. Nice nurse and receptionist. Not impressed with the doctors they provide.

Having sustained a foot injury after a fall, I went to CareMount Urgent Care in Thornwood versus the local ER. This was my first visit to the facility. Everyone with whom I came into contact went over and above the call to see to my medical care: the receptionist, the nurses, the x-ray professional, and, of course, Dr. Rothberg, who is wonderful. When I learned that I had sustained a hairline fracture of the foot, Rosemarie, one of the nurses, suggested crutches which made all the difference in terms of being able to walk with minimum pain. But what really gave me pause was the ultimate act of kindness on Rosemarie's behalf: she helped me walk with crutches through the parking lot to my car in the pouring rain. I'm so glad I did not go to the ER! I would recommend CareMount's Thornwood Urgent Care most enthusiastically to anyone who is in need of emergency medical care.

Fantastic. My daughter had a bad cut on her hand and was feeling very anxious. They were kind, understanding, and very patient. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely top notch doctors who know how to help and do it quickly and efficiently. The nurses are very kind and caring and people on the support staff are polite and knowledgeable!

If I could give this office less than 1 star I would. I waited outside for more than 20 minutes, no one opened the door for me. No one picked up the phone. Caremount has the WORST wait time on the phone. I would never go here again or recommend anyone to come here.
