I came here because I was having some throat pain. I was given antibiotics and sent home. The next day I went to the ER because I still didn’t feel better. Now I have had surgery and I’ve been in the hospital for 3 days. I will never recommend anyone to go here. I almost died after their misdiagnosing. Be careful trusting this place or it’s doctors
I went in to do a drug test for my possible new employer. I did have to go to the office three times due to errors I had made. One employee stood out among the rest. Chelsea seemed to be extremely busy, but took the time to make sure that I was taken care of. She was kind and professional. I encountered two other employees while I was in the office who seemed bothered that I would even dare come in to the building and interrupt whatever they were doing. Thank you Chelsea for being an amazing employee and human being.
Clean, courteous environment. Doctor diagnosis right on track, I am happy I went to Cate Spot. I received medical treatment & am still recovering. Illness required more re treatment than I realized,
I had no problem scheduling a same day appointment online. I had only a short wait before it was my turn. The physician was very thorough and helpful.
I was seen at Care Spot as a walk in, expecting to wait a great deal of time as I didn’t make an appointment. I was thrilled when I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. I was evaluated and treated by Jennifer Fowlkes APRN. She treated me with such kindness, empathy and professionalism!! If she were available as a PCP I would without a doubt choose her!! The office and support staff were just as kind and professional as she was. The day after I was seen, Jennifer took the time to call me; she wanted to see if I was feeling better and how I was responding to the treatment she’d prescribed. My experience exceeded all my expectations; I will definitely choose this Care Spot again!!
Never again! I had great experiences several times with this location, until the last. I made an appointment which you have to specify what you are coming for and the only available was close to end of day. I waited all day and when I showed up I was told they wouldn't see me for my condition. Nothing serious, was just having tummy issues. The receptionist then told me that she would allow me to see the doctor if I didn't use insurance and paid out of pocket. I'm not sure what policies they have but that seemed pretty scammy to me. I was lucky enough to reach AVECINA down the street as a walkin before they closed. They were able to see me and give me an anti-nausea medication and I went on my way.
Arrived at 9:30 with an open wound that had just stopped bleeding. Only 2 other people in the waiting area. By 10:45 still waiting. Receptionist was unable to tell me when I would be seen. Doctor came out to call another patient so I asked him - he totally blanked me, didn’t answer and walked away. At this point I lost my temper and left. I will never go there again, and can not recommend them to anyone. On describing my experience more than one person has said that they had a similar experience. Beware.
I usually go here for urgent care. Yesterday I went for a sprain ankle at 7:30 and they couldn’t treat me because “they didn’t have an xray machine”…I translate that to they were going to close in 30 minutes and didn’t want to treat me. It’s ok though, I ended up at UF Health Emergency and Urgent Care and they were amazing!!!
My first time at CareSpot Urgent Care of Orange Park was . I had 2 appointments on September 27th and 29th 2023.. Great Customer service Great Nurses & Front Desk Nurses Great Sense of Humor Great Character, very compassionate and they know their duties Thank you Jimmie Harris October 3 2023
My first experience was terrible. There was a PA that had no concern for my pain whatsoever. The second time was a Doctor Who listen to me and gave me a prescription for what I needed. I’ll know if I go again to ask for a Dr.
