Quick and comprehensive care for my needs. This is the second time I have been to this facility for urgent care, both times requiring stitches. They are fast, efficient and cost less than emergency care, but I believe they are more caring and concerned than other places. All three employees I interacted with were professional, positive, and a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to utilize this location as needed.
Unless you want whatever you are coming in for openly discussed and mocked by the staff, DON’T COME HERE! I came in for an appointment today and after sitting down, I overheard the two people working the front desk talking to each other about the reason for my visit on my appointment form and laughing about it for everyone else in the waiting room to hear. When we confronted them, they denied it even though I was sitting 5 feet away and could clearly hear them! I’ve never experienced anything so disrespectful and unprofessional, not to mention a breach of patient privacy. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
I walked in the Friday before Easter to get an X-Ray . I was told the wait would be 5 hours; only two parties were in the lobby. The young lady recommended I make an appointment. I then left and logged into the website. It showed there was an appointment available an hour later. I made the appointment and returned at the scheduled time. At that time, there was only one party in the lobby. The young lady at the desk informed me that there was still a two-hour wait and that the appointment system was broken. Over that two hours, three different parties walked in without appointments and were seen before me. I honestly have no idea what was happening that day or why the system was “broken” I hope the upper management sees this review and makes some changes.
They work fast and efficiently. I got in for an appointment and within 10 minute of being there i had someone calling me back for assistance. The staff is friendly and and sooo clean. 10/10 recommend.
Went for a hearing examination and the equipment they us is so tight on your ears it closes your ear. The lady giving me the test left the room and the machine quit after my right ear was done and I waited on her for 15 minutes to come back. Very unprofessional.
If you don't have a clear problem, don't go here for a diagnosis. They'll just prescribe what the pharmaceutical companies are paying them to prescribe. Second time I've been here first time was fine. This time made an appointment. Didn't take us to the back till an hour after our appointment. Me and my son both had a lingering cold for about a month. Doctor said I had sinus infection. Gave me antibiotics and Flonase. Some reason said my 3-year-old son only had allergies and prescribed him. Zyrtec son's never had allergies. No idea why. I need to give a 3-year-old Zyrtec so now we're taking him to another doctor to get prescribed antibiotics
Went in for full return to work physical, hearing, vision, and a lot more. They were able to answer all of my questions and I was treated very well. I have used them before and will continue to use CareSpot in the future.
Office extremely clean, people friendly & professional, the Dr knew how to handle my lacerated thumb year reopened perfectly. Followed up with my primary 2-days later and aslmtjeir notes seamlessly transferred into my primary Baptist health record!
I went to carespot for urgent care for a workers Compensation accident. The follow up care and communication since the initial appointment have been horrible. The computer systems have been down for the last 2 days and no one can update or access any of my information while I'm in extreme pain and cannot get a referral to physical therapy or any pain medication. The doctor only gave me a toridol shot after I said they gave me one in the emergency room and it helped. I am very disappointed and still in extreme pain. I would NOT recommend carespot if you are in pain or have a workman's Compensation injury!
If u need urgent care this is the place to go! Very welcoming staff when you walk in the door. The MA and PA I saw were friendly and efficient. Third visit there, and they have all been consistent. Love this place!
