Caring for Women

I have loved every provider but one that I have seen here with my pregnancy and for years after. I have been going to this office for 6 years. I can get in quickly. I always get calls returned within a reasonable amount of time. They have responded to every concern I’ve ever had. I have no complaints.

Have tried to call few different times at different times and it either they are never available to answer or just no response… left two voicemails in hopes to get a call back for a small question and I have not heard anything… it has been over two weeks I understand if you are short staff but to not even respond to a voicemail is unprofessional. And when I do get a person they always have an attitude as if they don’t want to deal or help you.

Always very professional and understanding and nice and quick. No long waits like regular doctors offices

I arrived today for a scheduled meet and greet with one of the midwives. I spoke to three people prior to the appointment and was assured I could meet with her prior to making the decision to switch to their care. When I arrived, I was told that they would not keep my appointment unless I was willing to pay for an office visit, even though I was not scheduled for one and would not be having one. I would never agree to pay hundreds of dollars to meet someone and ask them questions about what they do and do not support, their experience, and their practice, and it is completely ridiculous of them to expect such. Additionally, if this is their policy, they need to be clear and up front that they do not do meet and greets, and will only meet potential patients if they are willing to pay for an office visit that they will not receive. Canceling on a pregnant woman after she arrives with three small children is reprehensible.

They said I might have cervical cancer but had to wait a whole year before doing another test to find out!!! And for my other problem it would cost me $5,000 out of pocket to do an ultrasound even though I have insurance!!!

They treat the patients horribly, especially if you ask them why they didn’t give you the address. They tell you to google the address yourself. The nurse there, her name is Kristen, she thinks she’s security and she’s nothing but a bully. The receptionist, the heavy one, she thrives on starting arguments with patients. Steer clear of this place.

They never told me my baby had Down syndrome. Then when I went in two weeks later to see the gender the baby had no heartbeat. Erica was very rough with me she pushed on my stomach so hard it hurt afterwards. They also decided not to tell me they were doing a drug test which I just quit smoking thc. Then when I went in again they surprised me with a social worker and never told me they were bringing one in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE! Even concord obgyn said they get a lot of complaining about them. and 80% of women go to concord obgyn from caring for women!

Saw Dr. Siegel was awesome for my iud made me feel very comfortable and he was funny. Very happy

Dr.Lucy Wilson has been amazing and caring through both of my pregnancies and the receptionists are always wonderful and helpful.

Do not be fooled by the name. This is a bunch of old men making rules for women that do not also apply to men. Here they do not make recommendations, they make hard and fast rules that do not apply elsewhere in the modern world. Go somewhere else if you have a brain and want to make your own healthcare decisions.
