Caring Hearts FoodBank Ministry is an all-volunteer non-profit. We are open Mondays, and Fridays from 10:00am until 1:00pm for food distribution. And, for 'Operation Feed Our Vets' every 2nd & 4th Thursday from 10:00am until 1:00pm.
We do our food ministry work by focusing on locally-based community outreach efforts including education, nutrition awareness, food aid, life coaching, health screenings and living accommodations. We work hard to make a difference in peoples lives.
At Caring Hearts Food Bank Ministry, we provide nutritious food boxes to food insecure families, Veterans, Seniors on fixed incomes, unemployed, under-employed, and homeless. We aspire to show compassion to people's suffering by empowering people, showing authentic kindness, and by helping to restore their dignity. We also aspire to be completely accountable to our Communities, Clients, Donors, Volunteers, Staff and Board, so that we will do the best we can to alleviate hunger in the Tristate area of Arizona, California and Nevada. Our focus is on community efforts, food aid, and community awareness.
Where there are people in need, we will be there lending a Caring Heart & Helpful Hand, a smile, and an encouraging word.
Maintaining healthy, happy environments is an important, and often neglected part of aid work.
We work with our local community to provide food and assistance to many people in our tristate areas. It is our desire to show authentic kindness and restore dignity.
We do our best to look for the most nutritious foods we can procure so that we can deliver a ready supply of meals for each family we service. A lot of planning goes into our nutritious food boxes. We pride ourselves in being able to search out the best affordable, yet nutritious foods so that it serves more meals for your household.
Empty stomachs hurt. They break concentration and make the future seem impossible. Giving food is essential to creating healthy people. Not only do we meet their food needs, we offer free bi-monthly health vitals and blood sugar checks for those who feel the need.
OPERATION FEED OUR VETS
We are continually working hard to honor our Veterans by creating special programs that give them and their families nutritious food, gently used clothing, health screenings, vitals & blood sugar checks, Military information, financial aid outreach, and help with finding homeless Veterans a place to live. We also have created a special "Veteran's Pack" which includes all the personal essentials you may need.
We service our Veterans on their own special days, which is the 2nd and 4th Thursdays each month.

We provide fresh, nutritious fruits & vegetables, meat products, eggs, milk, canned and dried goods, beans-legumes, rice & pasta, packaged products, breads-cookies-cakes and pies. Beverages, juice, & water may also be available.
