Never saw Dr. Tsai. Went in twice. First time was ok. Waited about 40 minutes. I'm not sure what qualifications the physician I saw had. She was polite, but barely asked anything about my issue nor my medical history. She started an ear cleaning without letting me know anything about it. I've had a lot of issues with my ears over the years. The sound/feeling of the suction from the cleaning was not pleasant. Afterwards, she prescribed two medications with minimal explanation of how to use them or what to expect from using them. At the follow-up visit, I waited AN HOUR AND A HALF. I was not late for either appointment. I still did not meet Dr. Tsai. The same physician led my appointment. She asked very few questions and did not explain what I should do/look out for post using the medication. I spent 2 minutes in that room and paid $70 for her to just tell me my ears look better, also that there's some scaring on my eardrum... again, no explanation of what that means or why I should know that. My feeling about this clinic is that they're trying to get as many people in there to make as much money as possible. Again, never met the Dr. So, can't speak to him or his ability. If they want to prove that's not what they're about, then they need to inform their patients when they are running that far behind. I would not have stayed had I known they were running that late. My appointment was at 10:45 AM, btw... Also, ask your patients about their pertinent medical history. I've never had a first time visit where they didn't ask about that.

Never came to this doctor or this office. They will make sure you wait over a hour and wait more after they take you in. The doctor knowledge is limited. Front receptionist is very rude.

I have allergy and decide to go to this doctor after I saw many good reviews on his practice online. I have to wait very long time and also doctor did not show up, instead his assistant who came to see me. Finally afterward the doctor showed up after more than 30 minutes from the first diagnosis from his assistant. Doctor is okay but he gave ONE prescription spray for nose and free sample of it. I went to pharmacy and they told me the medicine costs me over $180 for nose spray. I have to pay the medicine in the front and have to claim to my insurance later, so I dis not get bother to redeem the prescription. In about a week I receive another bill from doctor who ask me another payment. I have insurance and I paid co- pay for $25 upfront when I saw the doctor and now I got billing again for some amount. Anyway on the billing he charged his practice for $250!!! I am really surprise and most of it paid by the insurance. This is ridiculous.

Dr Tsai is a young doctor with great attitude, knowledge, skill and a wonderful bedside manner. He operated on my husband 2 days ago. Dr called us that same evening to see how he was feeling. I am a nurse and I know a good doctor when I see one. I was very pleased with the care. Thank you Dr Tsai!!

Dr Tsai is the best ear nose and throat doctor I Ever had. He has cured my allergies and acid reflux that I had been living with all my life. Thank you Dr Tsai.

Awesome throat and nose doctor. So glad I was referred her. Been having problems with my tonsil since a kid. Hes super patient and considerate.

I didn't even see Dr Tsai I saw a female who was very rude and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She said my hearing loss was due to not paying attention!!! Wish I could sue!!!!!
