We had the roof replaced on our house in Sun Prairie in 2007. The work came with a 10 year warranty. Some issues developed with some random water leaks in one part of the house. I took some pictures and had Carl come over to the house and explained the problem. Carl said, "We will fix it". And they did. Not just a little ugly patch, they replaced a whole section of the roof at no charge to me. It looks great and it does not leak anymore. I am very happy!

We had been dealing with a leak that was part of the original constructionbuilder is out of business now.  Carl came in and looked it all over, and came back with his crew to make sure they addressed the correct issue, as well as a couple other roof problems.  The job came in under-bid, and following some recent downpours/deluges, we are water tight!  Honest, reasonable, timely, knowledgeable, and very responsive.  Highly recommend.
