They did me dirty. Withered, and black lettuce. I returned and got a refund I will never go there again.
Accidentally charged me $330 for two hamburgers. Carl's jr. Took two weeks to give my money back and didn't even offer a free glass of water for my time.
Jose General Manager got my sandwich order mixed up. It's okay that happens. When calling to have this corrected, Jose says I must save the sandwich and bring it back for a replacement when I'm able to return. Is he going to resell this old sandwich or doing this to make sure I don't eat an order I'm not 100% pleased with? Seems odd. Jose was so rude, I asked if I did anything to offend him and he seemed more disgusted with me. I don't feel comfortable going back to this location for a replacement sandwich. I'd rather have a refund but don't feel comfortable talking with Jose and the corporate number has me leave voice messages and never returns my call.
Rated atmosphere at 3 only because I went through the drive through at 0730. Nothing personal.Food: 4/5
They accidentally gave me the wrong item in my to go order. They were quick to fix it and have me a little treat for the inconvenience. I haven't seen this type of customer service from fast food in awhile
I’ve finally had it with this Carls Jr. Can’t tell you how many times they get my order wrong. You’d think with all the time they take making it, that it would at least be correct when I finally get it. Sike! Never going back

Ordered the hot honey crispy sandwich and cross cut fries and turned out to be the worst EVER! the sandwich was just slapped together with barely any hot honey sauce and the cross cut fries were fried in dirty grease and they were sitting for some time, my husband and I asked for fresh and got CRAP ! Thanks for nothing! As far as I’m concerned ALL fast food restaurant’s have lost their pried in their quality of food and prices.
They only had one door open and they told us that the manager told them to lock the rest of the doors. I told him you know that is a fire hazard and he went over to the other three doors and unlocked them.
. A person came to my table panhandling for money. The food was ok,although the fries have gone down hill.
