First time here in many years. Everything was hot and fresh and served with a smile and good customer service. The fried zucchini was okay, not hand breaded at the store. The chicken was pretty good. The chicken sandwich had a huge piece of lettuce that overtook the sandwich but still good. The only downfall is the Chicken strips seem to be getting smaller and the prices are going higher. It really doesn't matter where you go for chicken.
Drive thru service was very fast and friendly. The Big Carl Combo was at a great promo price and it was very fresh and tasted great. The restaurant was clean and the landscape is very nice. This is a great place to stop while traveling on I-5.Food: 5/5
Go to the Carl's on Waverly if in Albany, airport one is garbage 3 times now and Waverly location is pretty good. Airport location=bad service, terrible food and more expensive probably since it's next to i-5. Waverly location only about a mile from i-5Food: 1/5
First time trying Carl's Jr it was amazing! I ordered the 5 peice chicken strips and french fries and I also got a medium Coco cola to have with it also. The chicken strips were nice and tasty. The fries were very good also. Definetly coming back soon and im going to be a regular customer. I really recommend this place!! Vegetarian options: They have 1 vegan option that I know of, "The Beyond Burger" its plant based. Dietary restrictions: I think they do have some options for it. Parking: No problem whatsoever to get in a parking space and go in to eat. Kid-friendliness: Nice to everybody so I guess so. Wheelchair accessibility: I think they do have wheelchair accessibility could be wrong.
One of the better carls jr locations i have visited, chicken and hamburgers usually fresh as ordered, fried can be cold due to wait, but id rather have cold fries than chicken.Food: 5/5

The management is garbage here and let the homeless accost people in the drive thru. They also are harsh towards customers, coming out to chastise you if you're parked too long in the parking lot.Food: 3/5
My husband loves the burgers here. And the line is Usually pretty quick. Like how its close to the high way, So it's actually very convenient.
We decided to buy $75 worth of food for a Carl's Jr. Buffet at the hotel and had an absolute delicious and "carbcoma" party time. The fabulous folks working that night, 3 of them, made the food fresh, as ordered and fast. We were happily impressed with their attitudes and customer service. To the 3 people working at the Carl's Jr. In Albany Oregon located by Costco on June 7th 2022 at 10:30 pm...You are ROCKSTARS! I hope you know how wonderful you all are. You all deserve a raise and a bonus.. Our group will not forget how rad y'all were. Thank you!!
