If I could give 0 stars I would!! EVERY TIME I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IT GETS CANCELLED!!! MY SON MISSED OUT ON SHOTS BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO GET HIS RECORDS FROM HIS ORIGNIAL PEDIATRICIAN! MY SON IS 11 MONTHS OLD AND STILL HAS NOT GOTTEN HIS 6 MONTH SHOTS BECAUSE THEY CONSTANTLY CANCELLE!! MY HUSBAND DOES PT HERE AND I HAVE LEFT VM AFTER VM AND THEY SAID HE CAN'T DO PT BECAUSE I DIDNT CALL. WORST PLACE EVER! CARLE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. SINCE I MOVED BACK TO ILLINOIS. I hope they respond to me because I have some big issues.

Horrible service. Went there for wellness visit. Told them about my iron deficiency and vitamin deficiency and also told that I am taking supplements. Still they ordered labs and made it as emergency visit. Now, they are calling me everyday to get wellness visit done. Insurance is not covering 100% because they marked it as emergency and now I should pay more than 1000$ out of pocket for nothing. They are very good scammers. Find out what they are planning to code your visit as, before you see any provider.

Not recommend Dr. Salik as she changes the codes of your visit to which insurance doesn’t cover

Awesome to get lab work done and test. Really fast, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I am so grateful for Dr Salik and her dedication to me in getting me on the right medication and dosage. She is also there to listen as well.
