Dr. Perez attended the University of Louisville for undergraduate work 1980 to 1984. He then graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1988 with DMD, Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He is a member of the Louisville Dental Society, Kentucky Dental Association and The American Dental Association.
Dr. Perez has been practicing for 30 years and is consistently working to take advantage of the newest and most effective technologies in the field of dentistry. We offer state of the art dentistry in a comfortable and calm atmosphere.
