Most disrespectful, unprofessional service call I have ever had. The service was spotty and I asked for the rep to repeat herself, she responded in an inappropriate and nasty manner, which in my opinion was unwarranted. Being on the tail end of a 7 month deployment, with our Mil Air flight broken down and trying to book Comm Air home to see family, I can without a doubt say this rep was totally useless.
Super friendly and helpful. They were of great help in changing my flight last minute.
We use them to coordinate travel for work, they are generally good over the phone when making trips, but when you have flights canceling on you and airlines restricting you the emergency line doesn't ever pick up.
Simply does not answer phones. Multiple rounds of 3 hours on hold, during business hours and after hours on the "emergency" line. Just the absolute worst to deal with.
Actual service was sufficient. The rep was absolutely atrocious at his job, sighing and fussing and complaining. By far the worst rep I've ever gotten in 7 years dealing with SATO, to include three years overseas. All we asked him to do was match two itineraries, not an overly difficult task.
Worst travel agency since people were booked on the Hindenburg. I only wish that you could give them negative points. Don't bother calling their "emergency" line, after three hours on hold nobody has picked up.
Does this phone number to Sato even work? Keep getting disconnected. Poor customer service. Why can't we use a real travel agent for government travel!?
