I paid $100 to get my car cleaned, but I didn’t get what I wanted. The exterior was clean as well as the dashboard but the car seats, underneath the carpets and sides of the doors were still dirty. I noticed this when I got home. Had to do some additional cleaning myself even after paying $100 for this. Really disappointed. I was signed up for a monthly wash plan so I went back there for a second wash, this time, even after I left, the liquid soap was still dripping from my car, leaving stains on my car. The negative reviews are all true. You guys should try and do better than this.
Normally this place does an OK job. But this time I decided to get a mini detail for $55 I sat inside waiting 35 minutes only to come outside to see that my car had not been vacuumed wipe down or anything. They stopped working on my car and washed and dried another person‘s car while I was waiting for my car to be done. It made no sense why they didn’t finish my car and then go onto the car that arrived after I did. I like the old owners better than Carnation. It looks like they’re done detailing the outside of my car but I’m gonna send a photo right now of what it looks like from my point of view. I’m really not satisfied. For $55 I feel like they should’ve done a better job. I literally got out and started scrubbing it myself because I’ve been here almost an hour now. And still waiting. I’m extremely dissatisfied at this point.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY This place used to be the best when it was a Carmel Carwash! I paid $24 for an unacceptable exterior wash. Goo was on my tires, water streaks down my windows, dirt and debris left on my car. Not worth it. Won’t be going back.
I had an incredible experience at this car wash! From the moment I arrived, the staff Janisa greeted me with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service. The attention to detail during the wash was remarkable - my car looks as good as new! The state-of-the-art equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions impressed me. I was also delighted with the short wait time, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a spotless and top-notch service. I'll definitely be coming back!
Nice and great cleaning services. Getting a membership is beneficial if washing your car multiple times a month. Hand cleaning is good too.
Carnation Auto Plaza..... We took SUPER SHINE $17 package for our Tesla car. No waiting time around 11 am on Saturday - just a car was ahead of us. It passes of very quickly. Entire car was took about three minutes only. At the end, the gentleman doing the tyre cleaning service too did a great job on his part. Overall, reliable, good work. You can try once and see for yourselves!
This is my second time coming to your location and both times I have to asked to have my car detailed. The receipt is left out side so they can see it. They also got the white guy that was driving the jeep before me and he came in after me. TIPPING is optional. I do have a monthly membership. I will be cancelling my membership because this unacceptable as a business!
Horrible customer service and prices are way too high. Older gentlemen is rude unless you’re a regular who tips. The way he spoke to us vs the regular who came in was day and night. He worked on his car first even though mine was here long before. I waited for 15 min before I asked why no one had started working on my car yet. He rudely stated there was only 3 people working and my car was going to take 2 hours. Why not tell me that before paying? Also, I don’t mind waiting if I have time, but why start working on the cars that had come in after mine? Lastly, I was trying to ask him another question but he just kept getting annoyed and walking away while I was in the middle of my sentence. Just rude. I would’ve maybe overlooked the rudeness of the car wash was good but it wasn’t. It was basic at most and not worth the amount of money they charge.Services: Polishing
The basic wash doesn't even do the basic job of getting dirt off of the car. A better job would've been done by my little brother with a garden hose and sponge.
